Fish and shrimp was overcooked and looked like it was under the heat lamp for about 6 hours. They were out of shrimp sauce. I will never go to this location again. The only thing good was the young girl at the drive thru was friendly.

I haven't had one they say their dining room is open can't even get someone to answer the phone when you call so can't get pick up worthless to even say its open

Just ordered a four piece fish and four piece chicken dinner . It was the worst ever. Greasy and hush puppys you couldn't bite into they were hard as a rock. . Food tasted a day old.

Spent 9 dollars on a 2 piece chicken meal and an extra piece of chicken. Could not eat the chicken because it was so hard. I was not given a receipt and when I told the man at the window thank you he responded by saying yep. Tried to call multiple times and nobody answered. Given the amount of horrible reviews for them, it seems upper management doesn’t care. Wish I could give zero stars.

Worst Long John Silvers in northwest Ohio.Always extremely greasy, almost all batter now with hardly any fish. In addition, l do believe they re-fry their fish because it’s very hard and greasy, with what little fish you get BECAUSE IT’S ALL BREADING!They are NOT part of the LJS chain that the other LJS’s are around here. And it shows in their poor quality of food.STAY AWAY ~ go to Maumee’s LJS instead.

It would be 0 stars if I could put that...we always get the family 20, now 25 dollar meal. Chicken always tastes like it's reheated so we decided to do fish today...we were told it would be 1 hour for 10 pieces of fish. This is the last straw...NEVER coming here again!!! LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!!

I've never to wait for fish until the last 2 occasions..8 minutes the 1st time, 25 minutes today. Plus they messed up my wife's order by not giving us the correct sides. The restaurant won't answer the phone..called several times. Never going there again!

Normally I am not one to be nitpicky. However, when I am given the complete wrong platter and the fish I am given to be old, I am just angry. They never gave me a receipt, so I can't get anything fixed and no one answers the phone (I have called 4 times this evening to speak to management.) I know times are hard and lots of places are understaffed but this is just frustrating.

Prices were reasonable, but felt rushed and had to go through line twice to get what I wanted.
