I ordered a two piece Neal in bowling green ohio, the clerk got my order confused she had a bad attitude when I told her what I wanted she gave me my food I went home opened the box had the smallest 2 pieces I had ever seen my biscuit was all crumpled and I only got mash potatoes no coleslaw I paid $6.49 + tax. The worst chicken ever. I took a picture and will definitely show my friends. Never again!!!!
I ordered a 3pc Extra Crispy Meal with Cole Slaw and Corn. The "Extra Crispy" was very close to being burnt and was to hard to bite into. I pulled it apart to get to the meat. The Thigh meat was OK but the Leg meat was dried out and I couldn't eat it at all. The Corn was dried out and chewy. The Cole Slaw was very good and so were the biscuits. I ordered a Pot Pie for the next day but ended up eating that for my supper.I have never been so disappointed in a KFC meal in my life.
Food is very good could not get in building due to door problems. Neither did any of the employees come and help us with the door.. got our food through the drive-thru, went back and parked in the parking lot. As we were eating in the parking lot, we watch several other individuals could not get in the building. They either left or went through the drive-thru.
They forgot part of my order and when I called them it just rang. There was brown hard stuff in the macaroni and cheese. I don't recommend going there.
This is coming from a 20 year old college student. This is by far the worst chicken I have ever had, anywhere, if I went and bought frozen chicken tenders it would have tasted better. The corn was disgusting and the Mac and cheese was too. This meal tasted nothing like KFC. I will never be returning this this KFC location. I feel sick to my stomach. Absolutely disgusting
My boyfriend picked up chicken tonight for dinner and it was awful, worse chicken I have had, chicken was over cooked & tasted old, biscuits were hard as bricks. The whole meal was terrible. Needless to say, we won't get chicken from there ever again.
They literally gave me the driest chicken I've ever had last night. It was inedible and I couldn't even break through the skin. Thanks Colonel Sanders!
Been to this location a few times in the last several months. Absolutely the WORST KFC I have ever had! Chicken was obviously cooked many hours before. It was overcooked, dry, and didn't even taste like KFC. I can get better fried chicken at the grocery store down the street. This place has gown downhill considerably. I will not be going back.
Went and picked up lunch for my coworkers. My boss's order was missing two items, food was cold, soaked in grease and I never even got a receipt. I normally never have any issues with this particular KFC but something just isn't right with this place as of lately......staff was nice though.
Orders are getting messed up. The Long John Silvers chicken is sometimes over cooked.
