Delivery experience:Forgot to give me bacon on sandwichAnother time:Forgot to give me CHEESE on a ham and CHEESE sandwich..Another time:Forgot to give me my cookie.The cookie is the line for me and I came to share me experience with the next customer.
I remember when their slogan was freaky fast delivery. Now when you place an order via their app their slogan becomes freaky fast ordering with a side of hurry up and wait.Maybe it's because I'm hangry but when I say they need to add more staff or have more delivery drivers, it's not an understatement. It's been over an hour and still no food!UPDATE: When I called the store they said they delivered it 20 mins prior to me calling. They offered to remake my order and delivered it right away. Thanks Jimmy Johns!
Asked for extra mayo and onions ? did see a difference other than that sub was great
The food is great and my sandwich got to me In a timely manner
Food was fine workers seemed a little irritated but may have just been a bad day
Used to work here 2 years ago. Never once did we close early and we closed at 330 am. Pulled up at like 1015 and the store is closed. Whoever is running it now is awful and needs to get canned.
Very busy store. Food was great, staff was very nice and freaky fast! ? Everything was very fresh!!! We had lunch here 3 days in a row. They were so busy making take out box lunches 50+ each day, but we still got our sandwiches in less then 5 mins. If ever in the area again. We will deffinity stop again. I highly recommend a visit if ur in the Bowling Green, Ohio area!!!

I ordered dinner for my family. 4 sandwiches, 4 drinks, 4 bags of chips and 4 pickles. Waited over 90 minutes for the delivery. 1 of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect. I called and was put on the phone with the manager. He told me he would bring me another sandwich, and he would need the incorrect one back. He then brings my sandwich and I give him the wrong one. He then tells me he also needs the receipt that had been thrown away because he never mentioned that over the phone. I'm not digging threw trash for a receipt when I gave him the wrong sandwich already. Needless to say I never got the correct sandwich and he took the wrong sandwich as well. So I paid for a sandwich I never got to eat. Extremely disappointed and still hungry...
Terrible customer service. They delivered my sandwich wrong told me to throw that one away and they would bring me another. It never showed so I called and then they told me to dig it out of the trash because they needed it back. Dustin the Gm needs a strong lesson in customer service. Needless to say I never got my sandwich back or my money returned.
