Orders one of the traditional dishes . That has shrimp and they were the smallest shrimp I've seen. About the size of a quarter. And you only got 8 of them. Vegatable medley came with the entree and some pieces were still cold and raw. Some pieces were smashed and weird looking. So I get this big plate of food and all it was was rice and vegatables and a few shrimp.
It's hard to find a restaurant that the entire family enjoys, but this is one of the rare ones. It's homey, clean and the food is good. The prices are reasonable and portions are large. Chips and salsa are served promptly and the staff are very friendly. It's located just outside the mail part of the campus so the parking is easy and ample. Highly recommended for those who travel with families.
They must have a new cook and wait staff, I ordered chicken tenders for my son and out came fish. I ordered my usual chilli rellenos and the batter was hard as a rock on one the chilli rellenos and the pepper was raw. I guess if you want it right just come during dinner hours. This is the first time the food came out sub par. I would have sent my food back but I already sent my son’s and I just didn’t have the time. I heard another table tell our waiter that wasn’t their food, he mixed their order with another’s. I don’t think I’ll come for lunch again.

Food is really good usually, guacamole tends to be a hit or miss--I got pretty much rotten guacamole at one point. But the staff is very friendly and attentive.

An excellent restaurant hidden away from the busy road. An amazing place to eat traditional Mexican dishes at a great price! The staff are also fantastic as well! I try to eat here at least once a month.
