I had the best iced vanilla cardamom latte this afternoon from Flatlands. I am from out of state & was driving through the area in need of a caffeine fix. Ben, the owner, had some of the best customer service I have ever seen. His expertise and passion for coffee cannot be outdone. While waiting, a loyal customer struck up conversation with me about how he’s been coming here for years and his amazement for Ben’s high, perfection-level standards for each cup of coffee brewed & each batch of beans roasted. This coffeeshop alone would make me want to (almost) move to Ohio. Thank you Ben & Flatlands!
Delicious coffee and baked goods. Good selection of single origin coffees. Very pleasant and relaxed environment. The staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful.

Crisp, clean atmosphere, tasty caramel latte, and the owner is a really great guy. Stopped in when it wasn't too busy on a weekday, just after noon. The staff was really friendly and helped me figure out my order when I blanked out(I needed my coffee). Definitely give this place a try.
Nay and Rose were really nice and even gave me samples! Also a really pretty place and was very clean.
