The manager at this location is very nice, staff needs more directions. I frequently do mobile orders and give them 10 to 15 minutes to put the order together, but rarely is it ready when I get there and it is usually missing items. They also always put my donuts in the bag face down, so the frosting gets stuck to the bottom of the bag. Very frustrating.
I come here at least once a day this is my favorite location in northwest Ohio has everything is made the way I ask for it never have any problems everyone has always friendly highly recommend this location!
THE WORSTTTTTTTTTT service! Way too many young kids working. Poor management. I was a regular until TODAY!!! Absolute worst experience!
Terrible experience. Ordered online. Arrived 10 minutes later to a long line. Line took 35 minutes to get through. I would have never waited in line, however, I had already paid with the app. When we got to the place to order, we gave them our name and order number. We asked that they heat up in the microwave as it had been 45 min since we placed our order. They said they’d make us new coffees. They did, however, they were absolutely NOT what we ordered. Very frustrating to order online, then have to wait in line for 35 min, and then have the order be incorrect. Two black coffees was absolutely not what I paid for. I wasn’t about to sit in line for another 35 min. This is a management problem. Should never have online orders if you have to sit in line for 35 min. Also, the drive thru was the only way to pick up coffees. I feel bad for the employees working there. Perhaps you should open up the dining area so customers don’t have to wait in line so long. You should be ashamed to make your customers wait so long. You should also be ashamed that you put your employees in a position to have to work that way. Terrible terrible management. Shame on you!!! Will never return, and recommend nobody give this place their business!
Donuts are delicious. Coffee is good most of the time. They got my order wrong once but I won't hold it against them.
Recently got into their signature lattes. Iced, ofcourse. Never really liked hot coffee, now I can't stop ordering the caramel crave, cocoa mocha, and salted caramel signature lattes. Love the donuts too. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks anyday.
I’m giving two stars because the past two times I’ve been here my experience actually went well. But this past time was horrible. I ordered online and when I got there not a single person talked to me for 15 minutes. With about 6ish workers, they would all look at you then walk away and only help the drive thru. The people next to me were there before me and told me they have been waiting for over 20 minutes and not a single person helped them or even said a word to them. It was a very rude experience and most of the staff had horrible attitudes especially the shift leader who would make rude comments about customers after helping them in the drive thru such as “wow they waited all that time in the line and still don’t know what they want are you kidding me?”. I understand being busy and getting frustrated because they were very busy with a long drive thru line, but it’s no excuse to ignore the 8 people in the lobby for 20 minutes who are patiently waiting.
I absolutely love this place from the food to the service. I am never disappointed when I order from here which is quite often because it’s always good fresh food and good service. I love ordering through the app too because I can order ahead and it’s always ready when I get there, and I get points toward a free beverage!
Horrible... They Need to step it up. This being a new store, you'd think they would want to impress, but quite the opposite. Cold Sandwich, barely any meat, burnt hashbrowns, cost 15bucksfor trash.
