We order from this domino's 2-3 times a week. The food is always good, hot, and gets to us very fast. If something is wrong or they forgot something they are always quick to make it right. I would highly recommend for anyone to order from them. Especially the pasta and lava cakes! ?
Last night, I placed an order through the App for a premium chicken, mushrooms, and banana peppers pizza.. There was no chicken. I called back to the store and after the clerk tried to tell me that I did not order chicken, to verify what I saw on my end. A gentleman that I assumed was her manager got on the phone to let me know, “We’ll get a pizza back out to you when we can.” That pizza never arrived. I didn’t even receive a phone call. My previous order with them was one way in the app, but when it arrived, there was something missing. I let it slide.This was such an unprofessional experience and I feel that if my name had not have been so ethnic, girl hey would have broke their necks to correct this issue, especially after I paid for an item and tipped the driver.

Why is it all these places to eat in Bowling Green Ohio just give you what they want you to have and you're suppose to be happy with it! I called in an order ( once again) and asked please DO NOT put Garlic oil on the pizza but when I get here ( once again) , garlic oil and it has a specific instructions label on the box! So I'm guessing that people do not read the specific instructions located on the box!So sad !!!!
Typically really good but tonight their not answering their phone and I'm trying to find my pizza that was delivered on the tracker but not my apartment

Please make sure your drivers knock on the door when they deliver to make sure it’s the correct house. I would like my pizza to be sent to my house and not someone else’s. Thank you
Was having a late night craving for chicken but didn’t want McDonald’s being it’s one of the only places open at 1:30am, and I was looking up places open near me and realized dominos was open late! Ordered for pick up and it said it would be ready in 10 mins which I didn’t believe because I knew it would be busy because all the college kids out at the bars, sure enough it was busy but my food was ready when I walked in. And it was yummy! I’m definitely coming back
