They're all very stingy with the amount of food they put on. They literally do not want to give you more than the absolute minimum. Idk why they care, if I worked there everyone would be loaded. Also is it just me or is clear they changed management? At least the old manager replied to reviews.
Pathetic small quantities
just recently started eating at this restaurant not always the same one but the food is definitely good and I'm addicted lol
Absolute worst worst chipotle I’ve ever seen. Never has anything in stock and has signs posted on their doors consistently of what toppings they’re out of. Money better spent at Qdoba down the street where they always have toppings. Shameful.
I guess double wrapped burrito means put it in a bowl *Update* the rice is quite crunchy and very little chicken honestly go to Qdoba or even Taco Bell if you want quick Mexican foodAlso they only do online orders now so it's not like they are swamped
Stopped through this college town area on our way to another destination. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and tendencies these young adults had Making and serving their guest. Bravo to this location for training and all jobs well done.
Food is usually awesome. Folks there are great. My question...is it necessary to make 30 online/mobile orders before you bag up one. I watched this young lady make my food and it sat for 15 minutes before it was bag. I would have done better getting in the line. Why do you make people wait like that when the food is done. Thanks for the cold food. Can I suggest that you bag complete orders up before moving to the next 20. It may keep folks from griping and complaining as a group.
Placed an order to be picked up at 6:40 pm, when I arrived, I joined 22 other people waiting for online orders. After about 30 minutes, I checked the shelves and orders were being fulfilled about an hour behind. At which point I requested my order be refunded and left the store. While this particular restaurant has consistently been the worst place to order from in Bowling Green, this last experience was by far the worst and will be the reason my family and I won't return.
I love chipotle, but never again doing delivery. I ordered 3 bowls and I received only one bowl… it wasn’t even one of the bowls I ordered either. Luckily I got a refund.
Food is good but they were completely out of coins except for pennies, money is money but now I have 95 pennies in my pocket.
