I don't know how this place has 5 star reviews. 3 of us all ordered different meals (yuck) worst wonton soup ever. We were glad a pizza place was close by!!!!

We haven't eaten at China Village in Bowling Green, OH, for probably 30 years. The China Village is just as remembered...good food, good value, good service.
Service was amazing.... prices are so low they seem unreal so get in before they go up or support em so they don't have to. Food was amazing! Also the scenery was very romantic with soft red light that made dinner very intimate.
We have given this place probably 4-5 chances of to turn out a single dish of quality- or even edibility. Tonight, the hot and sour soups had no detectable scent or taste. Not even *salt*, and I don’t enjoy overly salted foods.The egg drop soup was something you might ask for a slice of, instead of a cupful, due to its congealed, mucilaginous density. It possessed a foamy film on top reminiscent of white pond scum (see photo).The rice was flavorless and lifeless; devoid of texture, body, or seasoning.Congrats on being terrible enough to warrant a poor review from me! I don’t recall ever leaving a negative review, but after years of having badly cooked rice and flat, bland, pale lo mein, I ordered a final round of Chinese-American staples to see if anything had changed recently. Sadly, it has not.I’m warning other consumers before they purchase dinner for five.Side note: Tax troubles?? They only take cash right now.
Delicious! Hot. Fresh. Minimal wait- relatively fast. (Not to be confused with fast food) Friendly, happy service. Very inexpensive and we walked out STUFFED! We will be back again and again!
Called and wanted a dish with out onions and she refused to make it and told me it would have no flavor!?! Okay I'm allergic to onions lady. Refused my business. Rudest person I've ever dealt with and had no compassion to health condition.
