After traveling across the US in the last two weeks I haven't felt like cooking so fast food to the rescue! I went through the drive through because let's face it, it's just easier. I had no wait to order, with a less than 2 minute wait to the window to pay. The crew was friendly and fast! Even better my food was perfect. My burger was hot and fresh made just the way I ordered it, no onions thank you! The best part my fries were perfectly crisp and salty!!! Lunch time can be hectic in the service industry but y'all nailed it! I will definitely return!!!!
Absolutely the WORST BK in Bowling Green, OH. The employees constantly get orders wrong every time. The management is rude and condescending when you make complaints. They stop making biscuits at 9am when the other two keep making them until 10:15am to 10:20am. They're always out of something typically multiple items. AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COSTS! Go to the BK on Wooster St where you really do get it your way from a friendly staff who gets orders right and doesn't over charge you.
Picked up and order for 2 people. 1. a whopper ff and water. 2. DOUBLE burger with some sort of a sauce, with bacon and cheese. Ff LG coke. This double with sauce had been sitting for a long time as bacon was hard dry. No sauce and cheese was not warm. Hard and dry. Awful. So disappointed.
I went through the drive thru with a really big order this afternoon. I will not visit this Burger King again! They never gave me ranch sauces, that were clearly ordered on the receipt. Then the manager on duty handed me my last bag of food and said that was it, it was not. I had to wait in line again to get my 5 drinks. To top my 15 minutes wasted waiting in line they never returned my debit card, so several hours later when I couldn't find it I had to waste another 20 minutes driving across town to retrieve my card. Poor service, from a manager no less I never got an apology or any other compensation for all of that trouble!!!! Definitely go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers and strive to please you!
Came in at about 8:30pm and decided to dine in. They fired up EVERYTHING fresh and it was super good. 10/10
My order was completely wrong. I ordered a Whooper with extra pickles, no onions & large onion rings. Whooper had onions on it & I received fries. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Orderd my food to go, when driving down the road and my wife was getting things out of the bag we were not very satisfied! We were shorted 4 of the new ghost pepper chicken nuggets, my wife's sandwich was just barely warm, she had a burger, and I ordered the new chicken king sandwich and it was cold, our fries were a little better than warm but not hot. Always been a fan of Burger King but was very disappointed this trip. Not sure if I would go back to this Burger King. If everything thing was at least semi hot it would of been better, it seems we are paying more for things now but getting so much less on many fronts. Don't mind paying more if you get what you order and if everything is good and good and hot!
I have been going here almost every morning around 720-730am for a couple of weeks and there are typically 3 workers 2 females and a male and all 3 are very nice and pleasant especially the girl from this morning, and the food is always warm and fresh. No complaints.
