What in the world has happened? I used to love my BG/Bw's for at least 10 years! A month ago I stopped in for a cold beer and dinner. The bartender recommended the BBQ tacos...I ate one burnt questional taco and refused the rest. The bartender didn't take the cue to take it off my tab and unfortunately, I didn't press the issue. I chalked it up to bws being strictly a wing place. Today I got the 10 traditional wings with hot garlic sauce and received extremely small, burnt, wing dings for $15... I'm done!
Got this new Nashville Hot chicken sandwich... Wasn't that good. Tasty was bland and the bun seemed cold to me, which I though was odd, since it looked like it was grilled a bit. Fries wen't that great, all hard and old tasting. I should have just stuck with wings I guess. Oh well, I guess this is why I haven't been here in 5 years. Maybe I'll come back in 2027.
Terrible. I made a simple request, hot wings (i.e. hot to the touch) and hot fries. I got warm wings and ice cold fries. Sounds dumb, but when you spend 90.00 for gas, you expect the food to be what you ask for at $!27.00 for warm wings, ice cold fries and beer!
I waited 10 minutes to be seated before I seated myself.Waited another 10 minutes to be Waited on but a lackluster waitress who said she stayed up to late the night before. I had to continously ask her for service.The manager made one round through the restaurant while I was there and never stopped to talk to one customer.I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this was was very disappointed
Food was decent quality. Service wasn't bad quality. The atmosphere was ok. I've been to other BWW before with probably better quality food but it was still pretty decent. Prices are respectable but not sure I'd go back here again. It's probably a good place to go drinking with your hideous frat buddies.
Been to this bdubs about 5 times total. Out of the 5, only one experience was satisfactory.The first attempt resulted in my wife's take out order of cauliflower bites taking nearly an hour to be ready after we arrived... That's not even counting the 20 minutes earlier we called in to place the order. Despite wasting that hour, they pretty much told my wife 'too bad so sad', in a more professional manner...The last time I went, my son and I ordered chunks. They came out fairly quick, which was surprising. But, they tasted like they had been thrown in a microwave. For the price they charge, they should at least taste fresh. I told the waitress, but she didn't seem to concerned to make it right.So at that, this is not a good bdubs overall. Plenty of them are bad, so this one seems to be following suite.There are way better places to get wings in bowling green. Even if you're just passing through, I recommend you avoid this place.
First time at this location exactly service the was out of alot of mix drinks items but our server tried his best to find drinks that we liked! Over then that and the floor being really dirty recommend this restaurant.
We went for chicken tenders. They were out. Okay, it happens. How about street tacos? Also out. Fine, we'll get boneless wings & a quesadilla. And, my quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. Manager Corrie offered to get me a new one, but I'm already put off that what I really wanted was out of stock - so no thank you. *She did credit my item.* Now, need to place an order to go - sampler please? Out of onion rings! So how about you substitute cheese curds? Per manager Corrie, its a signature item & substitutions are not allowed. Umm. YOU are out - I am not making a special request! So, I can pay full price & just NOT get part of the platter? NO THANK YOU. I really think the manager should have been more accommodating for an item they were OUT of. I'm not sure we will be back.
The manager Corrie Snyder was amazing!!! Very friendly and professional! Will go back if she is working!
Our witness Janice, was trouble.she was very rude, had an attitude the whole time. Like she was better then us, never came to see if we need more drinks, or asked how was our food. Got the brisket sandwich, only took 2 bites bc it had fat in it. Told her about it and she didn't do anything to fix the problem. Had to talk to the manger which did correct the issue. But very trouble service.
