First time here and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful with the menu. Nik was awesome and gave us great information and history! The food was excellent and cooked perfect. I like the fact you can get a burger anyway you want it and a menu that helps guide if you need options or suggestions. Recommend this place!!
First time here. The restaurant was clean (did not use the restroom) and the staff was decent. I ordered a cheeseburger. It was served no longer than 15 minutes after I ordered. The patty was hot, but the cheese was not melted at all which was very disappointing.The cheese burger came with no toppings. Now, this is mostly my fault for not asking and assuming toppings came with it. However, it would have been nice if the person taking my order would have asked if I wanted any toppings. Overall an average experience.
Ordered Mr. Beast Burger through them and it was great! I will definitely be returning, and I am very interested in trying their menu offerings.
I like to go here on Tuesdays (BG students get a small discount these days). The Mac & Cheese is my go-to and it’s to die for.It’s usually about a 15-20 minute wait for me.
I get nervous trying new restaurants, but this was absolutely AMAZING! I tried the build your own burger, fries, and cheese curds. I can’t even tell you which was best because they all blew my expectations out of the water!! Highly recommend.
Great burger! I went with the black n bleu burger and couldnt be happier with it. Fries were great too. A little pricey for me but definitely good burgers..
The people there were very friendly and our food was done fast. It was super yummy and the fries are crispy! The impossible burger is delicious.
Here’s what a super burnt Nashville Hot looks like. Called and the person on the other end of the phone was super rude and mean. Like, dude, I didn’t burn the sandwich...I was just asking for some that was edible! Mistakes happen, but no need to be angry at the customer. Sadly, it was the last time I ordered from BG burgers.
Marisa plays the best music and the other Theo girls who run track are super nice and cool and the guy working was chill. 10/10! They all deserve a raise
I didn't even eat in restaurant and I know this place deserves all 5 stars. I ordered off of the starship app, and was given a pleasant surprise of a mere 15 minute wait time. Needing to get some work done and trying to stay focused, I set down my phone and heard a buzz not three minutes later saying my order was being prepared. Pretty good for starship deliveries! Even better was the text that followed about 2 minutes later saying it was on it's way! For what I paid, the delicious food I got, and the speediness of which I received my order, I cannot recommend this place enough especially for students.
