Went through the drive-thru today for lunch. I ordered a beef and cheddar, which was good. The curly fries were not hot, but soft enough to be enjoyable. The computer went down as soon as I ordered my food. Once I got to the window, I waited about three minutes before the lady at the window gave me my food for free because they couldn't get the computer to work. Something about free food tastes to good! Thanks Arby's ?

Ordered online, went to pick it up and they were out of the item. Couldn't refund my money, toled I had to call corporate. How ridiculous. Let the store refund the customers!

Accurate on my order. Food, especially the fries, were fresh.

Ordered French dip and Swiss sandwich. There was no Swiss on the sandwich and I had to go back through the drive thru to get the au jus sauce.

I tried the new Brisket bacon thing and unfortunately it was horribly dry and unfavorable, the fries ( crinkle cut ) were cold and hard , probably from sitting too long. If the time expires on foods that have sat too long just toss em , corporate understands that there's going to be waste but they would rather have their customers happy instead of never eating there again because the workers decided not to waste old cold food!

Really? Didn't even bother to put a sign up when your dining room is arbitrarily closed. That would be something nice to know before I park.

The whole reason I go here is for the mozzarella sticks and this is the 3rd time in a row that they’ve messed up my order and charged me more money than the food I receive. I even called and they hung up on me

Food was delicious the new crinkle cut fries are the best. Love the strawberry lemonade. Enjoyed are dinner....

My husband went through the drive through on 11-22-21. He ordered double cheese on one sandwich. Got home no cheese on sandwich. French fries were cold and tough. Meat had no taste to it at all. Complete waste of money. No I don't want a replacement nor coupons. We are done. Not the first time this has happened seems like it is an ongoing thing. We won't be back. I would rate 1 or less

Raw chicken for my chicken bacon Swiss. Waited 10 minutes??!! This seriously should not be happening. Please train your employees. Free replacement or not this could have turned out badly had I not been paying attention.
