Apparently ,this location /& employee ,Doesn't care if they eat right in front of u . I just visited this location here , and this younger female employee was literally stuffing her face 8 feet from me in plain sight ,EASYILY to see ,and had didn't care anything about it.im sorry ,but I didn't grow up that way , or was always told when working w food , or in a restaurant ,that IF YOUR GONNA EAT ANYTHING ,DO IT OUT OF SIGHT ,WHERE THE CUSTOMERS CANT SEE U .. how do I know of this girl would even wash her hands etc. Early she has no major concern for anything

The lady working is nice and helpful but I feel bad that it seems she is the only one and it can get busy which can cause a wait. It's not her fault though. She does her best and the food was good albeit over priced since the change.

I go here as my primary location, however, I think there were two new workers when I got there and felt unsatisfied. The woman with black hair and slight discolored green highlights (in her roots) was speaking so soft that probably mice or dogs can’t even hear her. Please instruct your crew to speak louder and clearer despite masks. Thanks.

Don’t go during your lunch break you will be late to work. Took 20 minutes to make my salad and the manager skipped over me while the other girl was helping the customer before me.

The door was locked and the lights were on at 4 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday I waited 10 minutes and then left

To the owner: why is this the slowest subway I’ve ever been to... every time I’ve returned (since this is the closest location) no matter if you’re the only one in there ordering or there’s a couple people there’s no difference. Even ordering ahead of time *starts order then gets cut off and put on hold to restart the order” then finally “be rdy in 5 mins!” they say *shows up ten mins later* *waits another 5 mins inside at the register (surprised my food is actually ready & I’m rdy to pay) & yet register is open, my food is at the register, there is an employee at the register, while the other employee completed another customers order hence TWO EMPLOYEES & TWO CUSTOMERS...maybe it’s cause I’ve worked in the business and know how easy it is to make a sub quickly, use a register, & take customers in the right order..

one guy by himself last week...said it was his first day alone...he got all the meat counts wrong, cheated us the correct amount of slices per type of meat...didnt cut the bread right so nothing actually fit into the sub....he was so nervous he just couldnt seem to hang....wont come back to this location...the owners are not from this country and could care less...tired of these "indian" people coming here and ruining things

One person working and she was too busy doing online orders to help people in line.

Very friendly and efficient workers, clean and large dining room.
