The teenager working behind the counter was rude. The was not alot of substance to the broccoli and cheddar soup either. The whole thing just seemed over priced all in all on food quality and employees attitude. Based off the attitude alone I am signaling not to go to thos particular store and to try the one in Austintown if you most throw your money away at soups that are in some ways lower quality than buying it in a can. The bread isn't even that fresh anymore. Stark difference in the food now VS 3 years ago when I last ate there. They dont even have whole wheat anymore. Really just sad, expect this chain to fade away in the coming years.
They need to pay attention to Brown lettuce in a salad. You pay too much for a salad to have Brown lettuce in it! For that much money they can at least use fresh lettuce.
The food is good, but nearly every order I place for pick-up is not correct. If they don't have something that you order, they just leave it out instead of letting you know. If you place an order online make sure to double check it when you get there.
Place was so dirty, tables and floor. My sandwich tasted awful. The chicken seemed off. My wife's flatbread pizza was not hot and looked like they used tomato soup for the sauce.
This is the worst Panera I have ever been to !! It took almost 15 minutes this morning to get a bagel and cream cheese, that's was the extent of my order !! There is a sign on the wall that says, " RAPID PICK UP ", that is a joke at this place !! Oh the girl was busy, she was filling orders for the drive thru, and the inside customer was having to wait !! I was the only customer inside !!
1st visit to this Panera! Impressive setting. Food is always good. Customer service on point!
For the price, it was one of the worst meal I ever ate. The bowl of French Onion soup was half full and cold. The steak sandwich had less steak on it than a Steak and Shake sandwich.
First experience in any Panera ever stood there while store completely empty just wanting bagels nobody helped me five people walked around me then I finally placed my order at the kiosk instead of someone asking me for help and waited an additional 15 minutes while no one was at the store to help me worst service ever will never go there again
Been awhile since id been to Panera, but overall it was pretty good. Little things could have been better, but I did have a good sandwich (turkey avocado bacon) and the chicken noodle soup was delicious.
Whenever my wife and I want a good breakfast or healthy lunch, this is where we come. They are helpful and the place is so clean and inviting. Exactly what you expect from a Panara establishment.
