The food was absolutely delicious. Had the tour of Italy which I usually get. Chicken parm was hot and the Alfredo was creamy. Took the lasagne home. Was a little busy there since it was a Sunday and Father's day. Waited an hour...to finally get our order. Had to wait on the lasagna, I should have told them to bring what they could cause we hadn't eaten all day. Thankfully they do give you salad and bread sticks. Will go again. They did give us free desserts for the wait. I feel bad for the wait staff cause they get the brunt of it when the kitchen is overwhelmed. Waitress tried tho. Kudos to her.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable and thorough. We go to Olive Garden as often as possible . We have never been disappointed, except one time in Canton,Ohio. They served us a salad, that looked so bad I refused to eat it. The whole salad looked like something that sat in the refrigerator uncovered for weeks.Terrible... Our waitress Kay was great, she kept our drinks filled, and was very pleasant. Would like to ask for her again. I'm would like to let management know how much we appreciated her.
Chain Italian restaurant with high prices. You can go to Salvatore’s or Carmela’s and support local and spend the same for larger portions or actually spend less per meal and get a quality tasting meal. The salad and breadsticks are good but again, eat from an Italian local restaurant. The dine in service is okay, management is nice. I also ordered take out here a few times and one time I ordered 3 salads. I am not kidding I was given a few wilted leaves and they looked old. I was only given like a tiny sprinkle of salad! I was shocked. The manager did allow an exchange after I showed her what she gave me and I did appreciate that. After that, I vowed to eat local.
Always a great meal. As usual we loaded up on salad and breadsticks. The kids got chicken and steak alfredo. We ordered the create your own pasta with angel hair, creamy mushroom sauce, and Italian sausage. We also ordered the seafood alfredo. Service was great! No complaints here. 14 people in our party and we had a great time.
Vomit in the parking lot right in front of the entrance which we informed the hostess about but was never addressed. Bathrooms were disgusting. And as far as the food and service it was less than what I have seen in the past. Food was cold and all brought at once so we had no time to enjoy each course. Appetizers, soup and salad and all of our entrees were served with 10 minutes of each. It was impossible to manage all the dishes and we felt very rushed.
The food was delicious our waitress was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. We were with a group of 11 friends and it was 9 o'clock at night after our competition and they were the only Restaurant that would accommodate our party of 11, the Manager was really nice she came back an talked to us at our table and before we left after we ate dinner.
Delicious food and fantastic service! Had a little private room area for our family gathering of 8! Very accommodating staff which can be a rarity these days!
Waited over 25 minutes for a table. Went to check what was going on and they claimed they called my name, funny that I never heard it and I was sitting 5 feet away. It appeared that the hostesses had no clue how to do their job effectively. I will never return to this location ever again. Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for our apps and kids meal by the time the food had gotten to our child she was ready to leave. And this was even after placing reservations. Only got one drink refill in that hour as well. Our glasses sat empty for more than 30 mins. Worst experience ever at Olive Garden .
