We stopped here for dinner, not real busy but it took 15 min for server to get our order, the silverware was dirty, she replaced it without a sorry or anything. The food was ok but not Great, the wife had fish & crab cakes, she didn't like the crab. I had bacon cheese burger they didn't even put the bacon on it. We won't be back.
Not great. Over the past couple years we've seen a decline in quality here. We once loved this place. My wife didn't like her food. Her carmalized onions in her steakhouse smashed potatoes were raw. My food was ok overall. My French Silk pie had crumbles of crust and what looks like chocolate pudding (I'm including a picture of how it was received).
Service was a little slow but the food was really good. I got the restaurant turkey club with french fries. It wasn't busy during our visit thankfully, I'm.not sure I could have been patient if it was much slower. Giving four stars because honestly the food was good and restaurant was clean, I'm assuming they're short staffed as everyone seems to be.
They have been for years....we finally tried it last week. The staff was very personable and the food was very good, prices were not bad at all. Take the time and treat yourself to a nice evening out

This used to be one of my favorite places to dine. Tonight's visit was extremely disappointing. The server brought the appetizers with no plates, so we sat and waited for 5 minutes for him to bring plates. I ordered the Cajun catfish sandwich with fries. When it arrived, the fish was in 8 small pieces and cold. The fries were under cooked. The server didn't seem teo notice or care that I didn't eat my food. He just asked if he could bring me a box. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
Just ate here for the first time in years and it will be the last. We ate a late lunch, they were not busy. The service was absolutely terrible. It took 20 mins to take our order. Our server never asked how our food was. We asked for refills on our drinks, the server came to our table 2 more times and no drinks. She finally offers a to go drink and a box and we STILL never got another drink. Had to ask for a box a second time. Food was cold, bland, and mediocre. I am usually very patient, but we will not be returning.
Listen when I say this,...you want a mouth watering steak or perfect ribs cooked to perfection!!! Let me tell you what ...I have been all over Boardman and we order out alot these days and the Boardman O Charley's is freaking Awesome Sauce!! Best food and fast home delivery..AND ITS FREE DELIVERY!!!!! Love my O Charley's...THEY BEAT OUT ALL THE STEAKHOUSES!!! NOT KIDDING!!! 5 star delivery service!!!
I used to love O’Cherleys, I worked there for several years when they first opened. The last couple of times I ordered curbside, I have been extremely dissatisfied— not the type of quality and service Ocharleys once stood for. Things were missing from my order last time, this time I paid for and ordered extra rolls.. what I got was very hard, dry, over cooked rolls.. no butter and a very unappetizing looking apple cobbler dessert… just a shame to spend my money on this dinner and I’m really not enjoying it at all!
O'Charley's boardman what has happened to you. A once enjoyable place to dine or take out has become less than a major let down. Ordered our usual free pie Wednesday family meal for curb side to go and what a major let down and disappointment. After waiting 17 mins In my car for curb side to go and not one single employee creating me, I decided to go inside to wait another 14 minute's for anyone to even notice I was standing at the register I finally was able to pay for food. Getting home found no free whole pie just a pitiful slice , not 8 tenders like the meal should have but only seven nasty overcooked (nugget) sized tenders cold and I mean cold hamburgers no bbq sauce no rolls and just worst tasting food I have had all year long. Employees did not even care about customer service but they where all interested in a fellow employee cancelled trip that in my long time waiting for this terrible service and food I was able to over hear everyone stoping to talk to this gentleman about. While he got his food order quicker than myself that has now been waiting over 35 mins at the restaurant after placing my order 30 mins Early and being told a 25 min prep time for my food. I should of ordered Sheetz at least than my food would of at least tasted better and would of been hot. Worse 50.00 dollars I ever spent and will never return to this location again. Look at the photo you will see the tenders are harder than tree branches and probably tasted worse
