3 items...2 fish sandwiches and a large fry ...open bag....where are the fries??? Had to go around drive thru again......
The worst locally: Qtr poinders, definite reheats, possobly yesterdays meat. So burnt through, hard to bite. Big macks, meat patties burnt, size of silver dollar; inedible. Several times, never again! Zero stars!...Wendys and Taco Bell nearby....
When we ordered through the drivethrough, we didn't realize they were supposed to close in 5 minutes. Staff was nice and honestly one of the better orders that we have had. Fries were hot and burgers were good.
Giving 4 stars only BC I come to this location to get away from other locations in our area and yet does McDonald's know what a dehydrated onion is I just don't get it there's a difference people sliced onions dehydrated onion please teach!
Best McDonald’s in the area honestly, a few of the older employees have a bit of an attitude but the rest of them are amazing and so nice!! Especially the gentlemen who works the first window!!! So polite and humble ! Man needs a raise !
Nuggets are always hard and stale , fried are hard and room temp, the employees never serve the same things one day they don't have it anymore and then the next they do.
Western reserve rd McDonald's is hands down the best McDonald's in mahoning county. Always pleasant workers and fresh food. Only McDonald's that you can taste the salt and pepper on the burgers.
Was on my lunch break , ordered a large coffee with 4 cream and 4 Splenda and a quarter pounder w cheese and fry and when I got back to work , I had a black coffee and a big Mac and no fry...didn't have time to go back so didn't eat lunch....very disappointed ? ?
Can't go inside, but hit the drive- thru at 11 and the fries and burgers were fresh!
If McDonald's is a favorite.. this one on Western Reserve is one of the nicest, cleanest, and quickest in the area. The other area McDonald's owners need to figure this out
