Food was great along with the service, but disappointed that when the bill came the prices did not match the menu price some as much as $7 more per meal? manager says there is a sign out front was saying there was a price increase due to distribution. We hadn't noticed the sign but even so it doesn't state that the prices haven't been adjusted to reflect the increase , also the server did not address this at service we suggest that they make the adjustments to their menu and that the servers verbally explain the $ difference at order taking
Apparently when you order your meal you think your paying one price then when you get your bill it is another ! I raised the issue with management they said “Did you not see this typed up sign on counter we are charging more then on menus?”They said it was that way for over a month. I think they have had more than enough time to reprint menu’s. Very deceptive practices.
Chori pollo and service on 3/5: whole plate tasted like brine from the jalapenos, no silverware to cut chicken, weak drinks, poor presentation, food cold and dry. It took over an hour for food. Waitress came the table 3 times in 1.75 hrs, and one of those we requested to get the check and leave finally. Seemed like the front end staff were on drugs. The staff kept apologizing from start to finish of our visit- do better then. We typically tip 20%+ for standard service, today they got 5%. I would have rather had McDonald’s
Never going back! Visited there, Tuesday 3/8/22. Went to use Women's Restroom and 1 toilet was out of order, leaving only 1 toilet for a restaurant of size AND both Soap dispensers were empty which meant none of the female help could have washed their hands while serving us our food. Our friend went to bar and asked for a lime for my Corona and our waitress literally grabbed a lime with her hand and put it in his hand. No bartenders, Servers have to mix all their own drinks. Disgusting! I think the Health department needs to pay them a visit.
Best Mexican restaurant in Boardman. Hands Down! Oh and btw there wings are some of the best.
Haven't been here in a while and tonight sealed the deal thar we will never be back. service wad horrendous. The hostess was the worst I've ever dealt with. Attitude for days and everytime she came out of the kitchen with a pick up order she would vape. I saw her hit her vape at least three times while walking past our table. We sat for 10 minutes before our waitress came to our table. She offered extra things like queso without mentioning its extra. We had no silverware at our table and had to get it ourselves. Never got a refill on our drinks. It took forever to get our bill settled. It was not busy and there's no excuse for all of these negative things. The hostess though is what really started everything off poorly and the fact that she felt it was ok to vape while walking around baffles me.
Food was delicious. Very fast and friendly service.
The food is good. Extremely busy on weekends, didn't have a waiter for first 20 minutes after being seated, friends' food orders were wrong, and no consideration for COVID. No customers or employees wore masks, including food prep.
It a cool places well decorated and employees are good and happy they look like their there to make it perfect day .sanitation is good and clean prices are really good and food is serve well and fast
My friend and I come here for lunch often we have there Polo loco and it's delicious
