Horrible, we came in with only two tables occupied and still waited nearly 10 minutes before a cook had to tell the waitress to come seat us. The workers were very kind but the food was horrible. The restaurant was not busy at all but still waited an hour for our food and it was cold, poorly made, and we were given plastic eating Utensils. I believe this comes from lack of training. Our waitress asked the cook if he knew how one of our meals. This review has nothing to do with the waitress or other kind workers but I don't recommend.
Apparently iHop is running a new thing called Thrilled Cheese? We ordered off of Doordash. $45 plus a 10 dollar discount. The food smells like nursing home food. We got 2 tablespoons of mac and cheese. I called iHop to complain because this is an irrational amount even for my toddler. The lady said that is the portion size and anyone who calls to complain is welcome to come and get more. A general portion size should not be this small. I specifically had food delivered and spent that much money because I have a lot of family issues going on, no I do not want to drive 25 minutes away to get more food that I should have got in the first place. I will never order again.
If there were an option to leave a less than one star review I would have chose that. We were greeted when we walked in the door and sat within a few minutes. But that was the end of our experience as my husband and I sat at a table for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us. A waiter brought food to the table to our left and then sat a table to our right and brought their drinks out right away while we still sat and waited for someone to take our drink order. This is the second time we’ve had a poor experience here and it will for sure be the last time we return.
We love the many choices IHOP'S menu has. The food is usually great. This Last time we went it seemed like our food was rushed while cooking. The gravy was warm, not hot. The hasbrowns that were ordered well done were not cooked any more than normal. The eggs weren't quite as done as we would have like either. Everything was still edible and we enjoyed our food, just wish it would have been a little more done.
Late night, Byrd who is a waitress there, always friendly. She makes sure her guest are comfortable and she's funny and fun.. go when she's there, she will take care of you. Leave her a nice tip too! She definitely earned it.
Our server was Great! But getting our food was over a(45) minute wait. He kept coming to our table apologizing, because the kitchen staff was wayyy behind on the orders. We were at IHOP for over 1 1/2 hours. Server doing his absolute best. IHOP failing.
IHOP is my go to for breakfast when I want to be 100% guaranteed great food, Portion, great customer service. The staff there is always welcoming. Even for call ins. Everything is always perfectly packaged for large take out orders and temp of food is always on point. Great job to the ihop chefs for giving A+ service consistently!!!
We ended up leaving because no one would seat us. We waited 15 minutes. There were 4 people working and whole place was pretty empty. The 1 of 2 cooks went on break.
Probably the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Waited 20 minutes just to get water and then another 15 to order. 45 minutes after that we were told our waitress never put our order in and it would be another 30 minutes. We left after hearing that.
Great prices, decent food, and excellent service. The waitress we had was very friendly and talkative. She even ended up giving our daughter a little purse. I would definitely recommend for a family with kids.
