When you opened you had wonderful pizza covered in toppings, now the pizza gets lighter everytime I pick it up, you had the best spinach pizza, but somehow all the spinach has disappeared off it. Dough covered in spinach with oil and seasonings and cheese is what it’s suppose to have, not a crumb of spinach on each slice it’s unbelievable how it’s gotten to this, you won’t do well if this doesn’t change.
Under new management, pizza tastes different and not in a good way, in fact its awful, also more restrictive with coupons, coupon says 1 tray with 1 topping for $11.95, wanted a tray of white pizza with hot peppers, which is a 1 topping pizza, exactly what the coupon is for, previously no problem, but now since it's a "specialty pizza" you can't get the discounted price, last time going to this pizza place ever...if you want good pizza go to North Lima Pizza
I had the lunch special......2 slices a day a can of pop for $3.99. It was delicious and worth every penny.
Dunno what happened. Use to be the best pizza. Place seemed to go downhill quiiiick. No cheese on the pizzas ever anymore. It’s just running grease & the sauce tastes weird different. I’m sure other people could find some positives tho.
I don't even know where to begin. The mild wings were yummy. The cheese pizza looked delicious (I didn't eat any of that pizza)... My wife and I are doing keto currently so I mentioned something about a crustless pizza... The new owner Sarah (hopefully I spelled it right) offered to make us a pizza with cheese as the dough/crust... IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST PIZZAS I'VE EVER HAD! She was such an amazing, helpful, polite person. I'm so beyond pleased with the food, service, and overall experience! If you are on Keto, or love cheese, I HIGHLY recommend you try this pizza. I don't know if its new ownership or what, but the service level of this place has the intelligence level of a kindergartener. Actually, a kindergartner would be smarter. They have taken an insane amount of time on deliveries lately, I have let it slide in the past, tried to be kind and understanding, but this time I will not. As parents we schedule things to try to help elevate the pressure and get everyone where they need to be on time. Sometimes we don't succeed. So I get that, but to be unapologetic and to respond so callously is just not acceptable. The owner really needs a lesson in business etiquette and customer service. Thank god each Ianazone's is independently owned because I do enjoy the pizza. But this owner will not get my business anymore.

Just received our pizza ! Tasted like soggy wet bread with sauce. It was the worst pizza I ever ate. In fact no one ate it. It was BAD !!! Went straight in the garbage.
Ordered pizza & wings, only got pizza, driver had to go back to get the wings and it took him a half an hour when its only 5 mins up the road, poor service on their part!! Also the pizza was smaller & the wings was not fresh
