My daughter bought me 3 fish tacos..good food..generous and well made. Appreciated the place was clean and the employees had good manners and appeared clean and ready to help. Menu had a lot of options. Food tasted fresh.
If I could rate the place a zero I would. The manager must tell his employees how to treat customers. I went this month and it was the worst treatment I could have. I am Hispanic, I speak Spanish and in a way they were racist with me.
Constantly out of steak, the only protein i want, making them essentially useless to me. If i constantly cant get the ingredients i want ill just go somewhere else and stop bothering to stop here

Boardman hotheads supervisor on duty 1/22 requires some customer service / customer appreciation training. After my order was complete, she informed me I could not order my nachos with chips on the side.As a first responder, I have visited many Hot Heads throughout Ohio. Everyone accomodated me without question. Today I had to spend $13.50 for nachos.The issue is because of my job I do not know when I can eat and soggy chips are nasty. Never again for Boardman location.
I’d rate this place 0 stars if I could. Terrible, I ordered food on the 8th of this month (December) but then I canceled it, never got my food and never got my money back. You took 15 dollars from me and never gave me my refund. Aren’t you supposed to put the money back on my card if I cancel it? Because you didn’t and I’m tired of calling up there. Stop stealing money from me. I ordered and canceled my order the on same day, it was the 8th of December. It is now December 16… a week later and you still haven’t put my money back on my card.
Food was good but the female employee preparing my food acted very irritated with my requests. Which on numerous occasion I said "May I please have a side of this or that, I will pay for whatever is extra" ..I am in the restaurant industry. It is literally thr job you signed up for to prepare my requests in front of me.And I still tipped them.But if you are going to get annoyed with my request for a large side of queso and a couple extra sides of sour cream and hot sauce, maybe you should get a prep job in the back of house ?♀️
Absolutely pathetic conduct from staff!!!! Completely un-engauged and appeared irritated with making a very simple order!
Awesome customer service, remarkably attentive and helpful. I was delighted at their suggestions and would highly recommend for the best burritos, bowls, tacos and quesadillas in Boardman!
They always mess my order up. Always. Blah
