Staff is always friendly and courteous.
I just went through the drive-thru at the dunkin donuts at 748 Boardman- Canfield Rd. The girl at the window was not very friendly. I asked them to cut the avocado toast...they didn't. Plus the bacon wasn't cooked all the way or broken up in pieces like it's supposed to be. I know most businesses are short-staffed but it doesn't mean you can't do your job & be friendly! You pay good money to have horrible service & food!!
I was overcharged. I ordered a large mach with 8 caramel and I got charge $.25 for each caramel when on the app I can do as many caramel as I want. Going to be calling. It was only like $2 but still messed up when I could have ordered on the app for less.
My drinks are always made right here! The workers are always kind and respectful!! We order all different kinds of drinks and they have always been top notch and delicious. This Dunkin is definitely doing it right. The drive thru is also very very quick. 5/5 easy
They had to remake my Iced Mocha Latte and it still wasn't right. I had 6 cars behind me so I had to deal with it. New staff in store, doesn't seem to care at all.
I brought 4 mediumcoffee and none of them had sugar like really I understand you missed 1 but all of them. I might need to find myself a new DD.
I go through the drive thru almost daily, and have never been disappointed with the staff or coffee.Thank you everyone, who is working there!
The long John's and Boston cream were not very fresh today. Am disappointed as they were stale today and they usually are very fresh.
I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich without cheese. Was given one with cheese. When I handed the sandwich back to the drive thru window and stated I didn’t want cheese, I watched the Dunkin employee use her bare hand to remove the unmelted slice of cheese, wrap back up the sandwich, and immediately hand the bag back to me. No thanks! Gross! I reported this location to corporate and will not visit Dunkin locally again! Sorry!
