pizza was good but expensive. Kids will love it but prices are steep for the points you get
I had my sons 6th birthday party here and even he said it was the best! The whole experience was top rate because of Beth our host. She was AMAZING! Her hospitality, patience, kindness is was really stood out the entire time! She interacted with the entire party ensuring we were taken care of! I just want to give her 20 stars. Literally the best service I have received in years as far as customer service! I would recommend that location just because of her. Thank you Beth for your kindness. You are awesome keep up the great job!
Took my grandson there it was very clean staff was polite he had a great time
It’s sad they took away all the fun things for toddlers. Majority of them can’t play the games they have. Also, the workers are very snobby. To work at a place with kids you should be cheerful instead of acting like a child is a burden to you for wanting to spend their tickets.
First and last time... Maybe when my kids get bigger but chuck e cheese has gotten lame since they had to remove the tubes. You use to be able to take younger kids there but that doesn't seem like the thing anymore.
Chuck E Cheese has updated sooo much.!!! My one n half year old girl loved it!! They have the nicest toddler area and big kids area !! Def coming again.
an employee left a bottle of cleaning spray on the stage after wiping half a table off, I waited 30 minutes to see if someone would get it, I told a guy & he said he would let the girl know who had left it to get it..30 minutes later I removed the bottle an put it on the floor around the wall in the kitchen area so no children would get it...I told another employee on my way out & explained that could have been someone's child or grandchild's life because it was in their reach. safety should be the 1st concern ALWAYS & if it is then You should show it. plus we paid over $70 for just a small amount & it wasn't worth what we paid & again the Chuckie Cheese character was out twice an in the whole time we were there but only for a few minutes each time & the 1st time he was only in the corner for a private party which I found relatively unfair for the rest of the children...the 2nd time he took a little slow walk to the front counter area & then back to the back corner area again & then disappeared, not worth the experience.
This location literally was so nice; they added more games and looked like a section for older kids as well. It was super clean; the staff members were constantly cleaning every machine off. They were very respectful, polite, and kind. Their customer service was amazing. The pizza was amazing, like not bad pizza at all.

Sad they don't have the ball pit play area. Just all games. Very expensive we spent 60 bucks on 1 pizza and the lowest point card. I think the skate zone may of been more fun. We wouldn't skate but to play in the play area. But it's been years since I've been there. But we did have fun. My daughter is still super young but they did have alot of ride type things for her.
