The food was good-the Alfredo plain with parmesan was delicious. However, I thought this was supposed to be a kids place. It takes more than a kids menu, crayon and a kids size meal to be be kid friendly. Some guy tripped over our highchair. they kept seating people directly next to us, even after we moved tables -we didn't want others bothered by our bratty 3 year old who kept trying to touch the people directly behind him. The blackberry tea is unsweetened-the menu should say that.

love fajitas! always great food and service... I will say the place was a little dirty... the menus needed wiped off and our table had salt all over it. the floors was sticky and my wife said the women's restroom was a mess.

The restaurant was so filthy my shoes stuck to the floor I had to ask a waiter to clean my table before I sat down and he didn’t he walked away like I didn’t even say it and the waitress forgot my appetizer it was awful there I don’t recommend smh sigh

Orders are accurate 1 out of every 3 orders. When they're accurate..They're amazing. When they're not..it's a total waste of $40.

Awful customer service. Found a roach in my Texas steak fries, once I brought it to the attention of a staff member, the chef came out and grabbed me by my neck and threw me to the floor. After they subsequently spat and stomped on me, they then reheated the roach fries and threw the dish at my head. Never coming again.

We came in on a Friday evening about 8:30pm. We noticed there was one couple waiting to be seated. It took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged that we were there & the hostess was no where to be seen. After about 10 minutes, a server acknowledged us & told us it would be about a 10 minute wait for a table. Then the hostess came over & we asked if we could sit at a high top table in the bar area & she said that would be fine. The table we pointed to had been cleared, but not wiped clean. We asked for the table to be wiped off & she acted like it didn't need it. We told her there was food on the table & we would like it wiped off. She walked towards the table & finally realized it was not clean, but rolled her eyes & made a hand gesture that gave the implication that maybe we were asking for too much. We turned around & left. We felt like if this is the attitude just getting a clean table, we would hate to see what happens with the food. We went next door to BJ's restaurant & had a great meal & service. We called the next day & spoke with the manager Cory & at first he seemed interested in what we had to say, but he eventually gave us the impression that he really didn't care & even though he said he would take care of it, we don't feel anything will be done.

Hands down favorite restaurant for no reason in particular. Never had a problem with my food here or with any of the staff. It is also my preferred spots for dates, but that's just me.

I came today at 445 pm traveling from Pennsylvania and the host refused to serve us because we had two extra children making our guest count of 8 instead of six. We asked if they could split to two tables and she refused us after that. I felt like it was because of my skin color. Very discriminatory.

I had an amazing experience at Chili's Grill & Bar, I saw a friend their I haven't seen since 2005, plus the atmosphere felt so warming, an it smelled delicious in there when I went to pick up my food.

I cannot believe this place hasn't been shut down.. it is FILTHY. There's pieces of trash all over the floor, the tables/booths/chairs have grease prints and crumbs all over them looks like they haven't been wiped down in years. If this is what they let their customers see I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. Since when did corporate drop the bar so low, somebody is going to get very sick in these conditions.
