Many shortcomings for this order. I ordered curbside but it’s not available at this location, website needs updated. I had my kids with me and had to drag them in. Had I known, I would’ve used the Tiffany blvd location for this order. Next, I didn’t receive crackers with the soup. The chicken strips were cold and they tasted off. Maybe old frying oil? No condiments. My wrap was good, the drinks were as directed. As was the salad and parfait. All the premade stuff good. The hot stuff was off for Friday evening at 5 pm. They also did not pack the chicken deluxe sandwich- my husband has to detour on his commute from work to stop at the mall. I called and they offered to replace the sandwich but still have to drive there to get it- super inconvenient. I have never had a headache at the Tiffany blvd location. Will not be returning to this location.
they didn’t give me my food i waited 30 mins for some 2 sandwiches & didn’t get bad customer service
Horrible, horrible. I personally do not see the appeal of this food but my son does. I ordered him a sandwich and got it with the bun. Thanks. We'll never be back.

This Chick-fil-A is located inside a mall and is very popular. We waited in line for a while but the result was worth it. We had the chicken tortilla soup and it was excellent!
