I just experienced a really good visit at the Boardman location by Antones with one of the nicest employees I've have ever met named skyler, she was not only very friendly and polite, but was very courteous and was very polite and had manners! A lot of places could learn a lot from her when it comes to guest service, thank you Skylar
Meh ..its fast food. The coke machine was broken so we couldn't get what we wanted
After our order, during payment, we asked for 2 water cups. The lady replied with a sour tone “really!?” I decided I no longer wanted water and we left. We were trying to be polite the entire time.

Jane and Jake made our night. Perfect and delicious.First, we went to the Boardman location near Rt. 224 and Southern.Our experience was terrible. The man on the other end of the speaker told us to only tell him ". . . what food [we] want . . . " and not ask any questions.So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for nearly ten minutes at the drive through while the employees were just talking. They didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting. We asked if anyone was there, and the woman replied that she would let us know when she was ready.So we left there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutes prior to BK closing for the evening. We called the Canfield location. Jane was very kind and apologized for our experience. She took our order over the phone and dropped it fresh for us.Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect.Thank you for the A+ service. Second to none.
Employees are pleasant enough but the food is always so cold and gross. They are never busy so I assume the food is cold due to lack of volume and the problem just recycles itself. Yuck.
