Extremely slow service
I bought a matcha tea from here today and as I was sipping and chewing the bobba pearl I chewed up something crunchy and it was a bug. So nasty. Never again I am buying from this place. Who knows what other stuff is in here. Can never trust any food places no more.
Horrible customer service. Probably the SLOWEST I've seen a human move that was actually still alive. The ice cream was fine- but seriously, when I say slow- I mean basically not moving at all.
Love the bubble tea!
The classic milk tea wastes like straight milk. Not impressed if you want some delicious boba tea, I recommend visiting izumi Japanese Restaurant. It is right around the corner and is amazing! Don’t bother visiting here. It is more expensive and not nearly the quality as izumi.

Keep in mind this was a mall foodcourt location. After standing at the counter for 3+ minutes waiting to be acknowledged, I finally said hello. The guy working turns around acting surprised, my bad dude I didn't realize you were at work selling things to customers who might actually want to buy them. It was at this point I noticed two girls who apparently worked there as well laying on the ground!! Full on rest and chill mode clothing piled up under their heads as pillows. This was also not a very good tea.
