Staff move at slow pace. Three other tables filled when we arrived, but all their silverware was dirty because nobody was taking care of it. Took 20min from order to food delivered. Cooking was inconsistent with cold eggs over lukewarm hash browns with hot chicken. Hash brown adds were delivered as sides because they forgot to mix it in. Not shortly after, but 5minutes later when they are half eaten. Wife's omelet was cold and spongy with massive chunks of tomatoes that still included the stem. Components of our order were forgotten even after requesting. The sweet tea was disgusting (old) and exchanged drink. Not a good waffle house, head to a different one in area
Went in about 2:30am on 4/24/22 with a group of friends. We sat at our booth and not even 5 minutes in a roach crawled on the table. We kinda panicked and go to get up, as we get up we see TONS of roaches on the kitchen floor and crawling on things. MANAGEMENT KNOWS ABOUT THIS.
Food is always good at waffle house but as soon as we get our food we noticed a huge cockroach chillin in the seat next to my friend. As we start looking around over the area with food, cockroaches were all over the ground.. A baby one on my table eating crumbs off the table..They are certainly infested with cockroaches. Couldn’t eat the food so grossed out
I went to Waffle House this morning and when I was done eating and waiting for my check a cockroach crawled across my table and hid behind the napkin holder. I alerted that waitress who was mortified. However I have had three friends that have been there in the last couple weeks and told me they too had this same experience and saw a cockroach on their table. Maybe it was the same one or maybe there is an issue they have now…. But sadly I won’t be returning. I would go there pretty frequently but I don’t think I can go back. I feel bad because it is not the staffs fault but I can’t bring myself to go back.
Our waitress Shannon was excellent! The food was good. No wait.
Quality of food and service don't matter if you are eating and see 2 ROACHES scurry across the counter.
Nona turned up the juke box blasting it at 8 am . I don't want to read the waitress lips cause I can't hear her . Just ruined my breakfast AGAIN . yes they finally turned it down AFTER I.asked 3 times . If you want a peaceful breakfast,,,,, DONT GO HERE
Roaches on my sons food a minute after her threw it on the floor. Definitely stay far far away
Love this place. WONDERFUL waitress. Cooks were hustling. Food was fast and plentiful. We have never walked away hungry or dissatisfied. Keep up the great work!
Waitress was awesome, food was beyond excellent. But careful of all them roaches. And we all this is not staff fault.
