Came in at 2:10 in the afternoon. Unfortunately there didn’t seem to be anyone working the front and after waiting for about five to seven minutes and calling into the back, I decided to leave.
I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich meal today for lunch at the drive-thru. The sandwich was made with a crescent!! What?? It was terrible!! The soda was flat. Don't waste your money.
So sad to watch the total decline of this franchise. They used to be fast and efficient and now they are slow af and so ridiculously rude.
doesn't seem to be open on time and 4 times recently can only serve coffee because nobody is showing up.
Customer service is horrible, when we tried to order the women at the drive through just screamed at us, and was super impatient.

Stop going to this place even though I enjoy the Tim Horton menu. Because of their unpleasant staff and continuous mistakes on my orders SEVERAL TIMES!! Then when try to give feedback without complaints it was brushed off and ignored with no attempt to compensate or make anything right in in manner .
They literally NEVER have hash browns. Every single time I have come through I have not been able to get a breakfast wrap with a Hasbrouck in it nor a hash brown on the side they always say "We ain't got any" like, then take em off the menu yall. Other things are out periodically, but those are ALWAYS out. Go and try to order a hash brown though, for real, and they'll say "Hold on lemme check if we got em" and then they will always tell you they don't.

The menu board shows their "new" tuna and chicken salad sandwiches except they don't sell tuna anymore which is what I wanted. I tried the chicken salad. It was just ok. The lettuce was spoiled on it. Glad I had to take the tomato off or i wouldn't have seen that. The potato chips that come with it are so greasy and hard I'm surprised I didn't break a tooth. Totally a waste of money.
