Ordered through the drive thru. Charged my card. Asked me to wait at the side of the building because they were making my donuts fresh. Waited 25 minutes without getting food and had to leave. Called the store to cancel my order and refund my money. They could not do that without my card and then just hung up on me. If they ask you to pull to the side just say no or ask for your money back right away.

The employee is very apologetic and very sweet. None of this is her fault. But five years ago I tried this Tim Hortons and they didn't have the powder that they used to make lattes which I didn't know it took powder. Cut to today the latte machine has been broken for a month.The rest of my order was wrong, this place has potential, but it's not showing it

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons consistently staff is almost always rude when you come through the drive through, food when you actually get what you order is ok at best. I use to love coming here but over the last year its gone so far down hill, I'd avoid this Timmy's at all cost.

Stopped by on impulse to try their coffee and donuts. Prices are really affordable, especially compared to the overpriced trendy competition. Really enjoyed my cup of coffee - fresh, hot, good flavor. I have 4 stars for two reasons: 1) the chocolate-iced donut with cream filling was so intensely sweet I couldn't finish it, and 2) the chain is generally open mostly in the daytime, so shift workers wanting to stop in on the way home from work are out of luck.

Going down hill, they don't give out cup sleeves, you have to ask and the same with napkins. It's like they don't care

It's as if their goal is to get worse each time you visit so you'll stop coming.

Worst experience at this location. Refused my coupon, cashier was pushy, and my purchase of Timbit doughnut holes, I was denied choice of flavors. Box just handed to me and then I was dismissed. Next customer and I was ignored.

I love Tim hortons the food is great at reasonable prices but the drive through has gotten so slow I mean like super slow . Yesterday I just left bc the line didn't move for 15 minutes

Great customer service. I feel bad for them because a Karen yelled at them because her crossaint was burnt... They were very polite nonetheless and our food and drinks were great.
