I wasn't happy with our service at all. I realize we got there close to closing but I would have expected better service than what we got. Our food orders were simple and basic but yet they were all screwed up. Our bill was well over $200 which I'm glad to pay for good food and good service. My daughter graduated from high school that night. We were a party of 8. I was hoping on a much better experience for all of us than the one we got. I'm a server as well so I can understand being overwhelmed but our experience was not good at all. I'm definitely rethinking another restaurant for our future outings.

My friend and I got seated rather quickly despite being told we could have an hour and a half or more wait. Our waitress was very attentive. My friend ordered the chicken bellagio, and I ordered the shepherd's pie. Both looked especially eye-catching, and mine was bursting with fresh flavors! We both HAD to get a nice slice of cheesecake to go to complete our meal! ;)

Shepherd's Pie was amazing! We were celebrating our oldest son's birthday. We had to get our cheesecake to go. It was expensive, but worth it for our oldest!!

Our food was excellent. But what I really want to mention the outstanding wait staff. I brought my 87 year old mother out to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. She doesn’t get out too often so I wanted her to have a good meal. I was concerned that there might be too much spice added to her salmon since we had a bad experience with blackened chicken the day before. I explained to the waitress that I wanted her to wait while mom had her first bite. Everything was perfect. I was grateful that the waitress took the time to pause at our table. Mom said it was the best salmon during the week. Other restaurants were good but the Cheesecake Factory went the extra mile. I had the fried fish tacos. They were delicious. We both had cheesecake which was delicious.

We got there and were seated right away. The waitress came and got our order and I ordered the grande burrito and my husband ordered a steak and 2 side dishes. Once we received our order, I cut into my burrito IT WAS COLD! Not warm but cold. I asked for a beef burrito and the one they brought me was a chicken. We asked for the manager and she said she would have my order remade. I waited for 25 - 30 minutes for my food. And when they brought me my irder, once again it was wrong. They brought me a steak burrito. The steak was like eating hard caramel! I only ate not even half. Dissapointed

The restaurant ambiance was absolutely incredible, the ceilings architecture and the theme made it worth the trip. The service was outstanding. The steak Diane was very tender, juicy and tasty. The salad with blues cheese dressing was good. The shrimp could have been better.

My mom and I went on 1/16/2022 for my birthday dinner. The hostess immediately sat us at a two person table. We sat there. Looked through the menu. 5 min pass and we’re like “no server yet” we got there at 5ish maybe 5:10. We left at 5:30. We didn’t have a server knowledge us. They came passing our table. We just sat there waiting. What’s sad is that a big group of girls and two older women came after us. And they got their drinks and the bread before us and they were RIGHT NEXT TO US. There was a server that kept passing our table. He had a neck tattoo (small one) and he was a heavy set guy and I swear he even looked at our table but just kept walking. He completely ignored us. We waited and eventually we just left our table with the two menus sitting there. I get it that if you’re busy but it wasn’t that busy but also serving two tables that got there after us and we still didn’t even get a server. We didn’t even get waters yet. He was serving the tables around us but yet just ignoring us. Has soon as he gave bread to that big group of tables we were done at that point. Definitely not a good experience. So we actually walked over to that Asian cafe and we immediately got served

The food was good for the most part. The ribeye was NOT worth the price I payed for it, and the forty minutes we waited for our checks and cheesecake was a bit much. I could understand if we were in during a rush, but we walked in just before 3. I actually had to call the store I was sitting in to get help from a manager. I've always heard good things from this chain, never a negative word. But I was far from pleased with my visit. I probably won't be going back for food. I'll stick with the cheesecake, provided the wait isn't ridiculous.

AMAZING BARTENDER!I took my brother out to dinner as part of his Christmas gift on 12/30. The place was so packed (toward the end of the night) that we didn’t want to wait for a table but were able to have dinner at the bar. The bartender was AMAZING! Though short-staffed and slammed with business, he was prompt and attentive. We had an excellent meal and whenever we needed something, magically, he was there with it. We love this place and when we hang out, it will be our new “favorite place.”The bartender that night was also friendly and somehow kept up with the restaurant drink orders too, BY HIMSELF! They just don’t train them like this anymore. Between the great food and the outstanding service, I give this place my highest recommendation. Nice decor and the host acknowledged us immediately too.

Chicken Reisling was good, very light and not heavy at all. Perfect pasta if u want something light and dairy free.
