I waited in the drive thru queue for over an hour--someone was kind enough to back out and let me exit. This drive thru is intentionally designed to disallow people from driving away once their vehicle goes past a certain point. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I waited in the drive thru line for an hour! I'm guessing this store was short staffed, but no one should have to wait in the drive thru line for an hour. They should've closed the drive thru. Go to the Taco Bell on Colonel Glenn Hwy, because the Dayton Xenia location is a S%@t show.
Was in the drive thru line with several cars behind us. Got to the order board and was told they were closed. The three prior cars were served. We were Told they closed at 8 pm. Was 8:01 The car in front of us most of snuck in at 7:59???? We had to get out of out car to tell the people behind us to back out so we could leave. A sign noting an early closing time might been nice?
The lady who was working here did not give us our $13 change back yesterday after we bought our food. We went back there asking for our change and they told us that the manager was not working that day and asked us to come another day. We went there today and they did not even open the window for a long time and everyone just avoided us. Finally after a long wait the manager came and talked to us. She said " I cannot take the money out from the drawer as I will get fired" She said it was only $1 short! So what about the customers? How can you not give someone else change back and straight away lie in our face! The solution was not to say that, I will get fired if I take the money out!" We are not asking for anyone's money! We were asking for our money. You had to ask the lady who was serving us yesterday, check the camera in your drive thru and hand us our change back! Thats it!
Drive thru at key times is SOOO slow. 3-4 minutes per car. It’s fast food. I can get tacos faster at a sit down restaurant for a similar price.

Only reason 3 stars, is the dine in was closed. Asked in drive through and they stated it was corporate that made the decision. I sent taco bell corporate an email that this was nonsense ?. If you are afraid to go in, then don't. Otherwise food was good.
This is a great Taco Bell location. Every time I go here the staff is super friendly and fast. It's a Taco Bell so you probably already know what you are getting, but this location really stands out when compared to other locations in the area for service, quality, and cleanliness.
I really like the new young lady she is a very good worker she is very fast and she double check my bag ..Everytime I go there she makes sure I am Happy ...I see other workers there do nothing I hope you let this young lady no you appreciate her I no I do ..she had her hair up under her hat .She asked me fiil out this survey I believe her name is Tara
