Food is good, but today I ordered fried pickles in my basket and got home and there weren’t any pickles.
I really want to like this, but EVERYTIME we order our food is wrong. Carry out, delivery, dine in. There is always something wrong or missing. I understand a place being busy and few things going wrong, but I'm over it.Tonight we ordered carry out. Was told it would be ready at 6:35, I I there at 6:30. The fried food is all mushy and soggy and they forgot the dipping sauces.

Great food but bad employee! One of the servers threatened me saying “I would regret it if I came back into Subhouse” All this because of a misunderstanding! I am, or was, a regular customer but now banned from coming in.

Went here one evening with a friend and it was very busy. The server was quite nice but service was pretty slow, even considering the crowd. I got a bloody mary, which was excellent. My sandwich - the super Italian - was excellent as well. My friend had gotten a cheese steak sub but wished she had gotten the italian because it was so good. So a couple days later she went back and got an Italian to go. But it wasn't the same and not nearly so good. So I think I had a good visit, but based on the reviews here, it seems to be hit or miss. The service was just ok, so I would say this is an average place.
Kids < 10 eat free. Great service and large menu selection.
