i went to the starbucks here and first of all they didnt have the drink i wanted which is 100% okay not a big deal, but when i got my drink there was a hair inside of it. i am very disgusted and disappointed.

The employees are great but the store itself closes random hours of the day and they are not consistent with hours of operation at all. I noticed this is becoming an issue with all of their locations. I’m not sure how they haven’t all closed down only being open 4-6 hours a day. It’s ridiculous.
Fast service. Friendly employee
The team is nice, but I consistently have problems with my orders. I just got a drink with clearly sour milk, so I think that was my last visit. I’m not going to keep wasting money on drinks I have to throw away. There are other coffee shops with better consistency and quality.

So missed the sign on the door to get your coffee when your done shopping. The cashier guy was extremely rude to me and then to top it off the manager comes and gives the lady behind us a free coffee and walks away. Is this customer service ? I work in customer service and I would be highly embarrassed to treat paying customers that way! I sure wouldn’t have a job and my manager would be fired as well. Rudeness is so not a pretty customer experience makes.
