For Mother’s Day, we decided to go get coffee. After 20 minutes in line they messed up our order not once but twice and still trying to correct it on the third time. My wife is pregnant and requested a decaf drink and both times they tried handing her a Carmel coffee vs decaf americano. Service was a -100 there should be no stars allotted. Way to serves the mothers out there by providing aweful service on Mother’s Day.

I ordered two GRANDE shaken oatmilk expressos with no ice on the mobile app for pickup. I paid $10.50 and tipped $2, and then inside to wait. I waited about 10 min and went up there to see what was going on and THIS is what they put on the counter for me. It had BEEN sitting up there. I thought it was TRASH somebody left on the counter, does this look like 2 grande expressos? ABSOLUTELY NOT. DO BETTER, BEAVERCREEK STARBUCKS!!!!!
Thursday afternoon sitting inside enjoying a cup of tea and was kindly informed they were closing in two minutes; 4pm. They are struggling with staffing issues like many other places.
Super amazing staff and everytime I come in they get me in and out in a timely manner, or when they can’t they always apologize and my drinks are always amazing!
Always friendly. I love that no matter what time it is they ask how your day is going it puts me in a good mood. I love the way they make the drinks. 10/10 this location is the best!
Good mobile service. Outdoor seating with 4-5 tables. Well-designed drive thru. Decent amount of interior seating space. Friendly staff. Efficient. Ample parking.Entrance is a bit tough to figure out from Main Street- need to enter mall area and enter from the back and then pull around for front door or drive thru.
How is it that a multi billion dollar company has been out of straws for the past week!?! They hand me my iced drink like I’m supposed to sip it from that big opening on the lid ?
