Love the Baristas here. I do wish they would keep their in stock food items updated within the app more efficiently. It appears they are getting better at it. Fingers crossed because they really care about their customers.

Spacious. Good barista team. Great location. But the parking! Jeez, the parking! SBX jousts with the car wash for driveway lane and parking. The planners jammed these two businesses together with horrendous ingress/egress. Tight, tight, tight. Be careful. Surprising that there are not a bunch of fender benders here.
Every single person seems to make the drinks differently. If I’m paying $8, I should be able to reasonably expect it to taste the same each time. Then when I do it by mobile order and also arrive later than intended, I expect the drink to be ready. Not stand there and listen to their life story. They can’t work and talk at the same time apparently. Then 15 minutes after the stated pick up time, they’re just starting the drinks and then I have to watch them make it wrong ??
Love this place and their service however you need to please update your hours online. My husband waited at the fully lit up board to order for 5min with someone looking at him from the cashier window but not addressing him. He then pulled up to the drive thru window of which was where the hours were posted. Had we known it was closed wouldn’t of wasted gas to come.Other wise I would of given 5⭐️
The drive through line moved slowly. The lot is a bit of a mess because they share a driveway with Flying Ace carwash, right across from the vacuum cleaner stalls. Poor design, but it's not reflective of the service. The staff were friendly, and got my order right. I would be nice if it were laid out differently.
Line very long. Drive thru only and it went quick. However...my Starbucks is the Lebanon Krogers location and there isn't a Frappe like a WMF that Alyssa makes. Other drinks also but she is by far the best drink maker there is and I've had alot of Starbucks!
Good staff… but that whole sharing the parking lot with the car wash situation is a hot mess.
I get it, recently hours are screwy and may be different than on the website. But don't POINTEDLY IGNORE someone sitting in the fully lit up and turned on drive through simply trying to ask if you already closed. I even drove around to the window and waved at the person there who deliberately ignored me to continue typing on their phone.ALSO, if your hours changed, you might consider putting the new hours where they can ACTUALLY BE SEEN. I walked up to the door and even then had trouble seeing the hours had changed. Until recently, I had thought this to be one of the better locations.
My local store a major hassle to get into and out of the parking lot. Most spots are blocked by the drive-thru lane. Also they only get enough bakery items for the early breakfast crowd. They rarely have a almond croissant after 11am. The servers are always friendly.
