Typical stuff, just not listening to the customer. Asked for 3 Jr. Deluxe no pickle no tomato & 2 pretzels. I got 3 Jr. Deluxe without pickle & onion and 1 corn dog. The burgers were more cold than hot. This would have been a 1 star if not for respectable customer service working it to get my pretzels. Wish I had checked my burgers on site. ?♂️
yoo y'all were outta bananas for like the 4th time n 3 months..plus no chocolate ice creme ?? ..1 medium. Oreo shake ovr 5$! n then dude said he'd swirl chocolate syrup n it then didn't do I had to remind him. colonial Glenn highway beaver creek locale get ur stuff together smh
3rd visit... Waited in drive thru line for over 30 mins. Turned around and left. Couldn't pull up and eat, all parking was blocked off. The other 2 times I have had food from this Sonic it was not good. The "Jumbo" popcorn chicken was fried breading crumbs covered in BBQ . Not impressed and wont be visiting this location again.. scared to try other Sonics in this area and fear wasting my money again.
They are always out of items.
Went through the Drive Thru at 08:38, order chili cheese tots. Chili wasn't ready, switched to just cheese tots. Took forever. Came back in the afternoon at 10:22 for my 3 item mobile order, they couldn't fulfill any of it. Shake machine was running water, and they didn't have any of the new pickle items. Had to call mobile support to get my money back. I will never return to this Sonic location. They need to level it and build something that can serve people.
Customer service is disrespectful for no reason. I pull up to the drive thru and the server talked to me as if she already had a problem.
Always good and consistent. Grilled cheese is great. Cheddar bites were hot and it's all around good.
Ordered 2 burgers through Door Dash and they were terrible both burgers were incorrect and it is obvious they have been sitting around for a while. Both burgers had the "default" toppings despite selecting the removal of those toppings on both burgers. How hard is it to get a burger with just mustard, cheese and ketchup they also didn't change the tots for onion rings the only good thing here are the drinks.
Ordered two footlongs, both came cold. The cheese was not melted, it was just slices of cold cheese on a cold hotdog. My bfs chili was cold, and to top it all off after taking two bites my bf found a hair in his. ? never again
Went here for lunch today. Pushed the button, sat and waited several minutes. Lady comes on speaker and tells us finally that they’re only taking drive thru orders. Probably 10 other cars parked under the canopy I’m assuming they were serving. Could have put a sign up or at least told us before waiting to be turned away service.. honestly what’s the difference in drive thru or parked orders in this kind of establishment? Would have walked up to get ur order if need be but instead wasted time and ended up going to a real restaurant(Wendy’s) for lunch. Service there was great and I’d highly recommend them over sonics.
