Third time I get screwed of what I ordered. Just can't bother with it anymore.Hello, I see you have replied to my review. I ordered the brownie sundae but last night was it for me because those who made the order forgot to include the actual brownie into the dessert. I cannot go back another time knowing that I'm not going to get what I ordered. Yes, mistakes do happen but how many times?

Not peanut/tree nut allergy-friendly, but other members of the party (without allergies) very much enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Im biased but I love the store. They make the orders well and fast (especially the drive through) and if you’re missing something or your order is messed up, they will do everything in their power to correct the mistakes as quickly as possible. Everything is bought and made locally. (Except the containers) The custard is made every morning inside the store and the toppings are bought at the local [email protected] Smith I have no clue if you will see this, but Ritter’s does now have pretzels. I recommend getting chocolate or vanilla custard, hot caramel, and pretzels. You Can also get this in glacier form, I believe

Love Ritter's! Especially the Peanut Butter Mountain sundae. It's the next best thing to Friendly's Reese's Cup Sundae. Friendly employees, nice outdoor, family friendly environment. Tables are gross sometimes.

Staff are super friendly even to the rude customers. Considering most of the staff that work there are teens. They sure do know how to de-escalate the situation! Thank you for all the good experiences here!

The custard was really good.. I got the peanut nutter mountain. The service was quick and they were really busy. We will be back.

I arrived at exactly 9pm, not 9:01, 9pm. And they already had cones out. A kid came out at 9:04 pm, and before giving me a chance to say anything he says, "Is there a reason you're out here?" I explained that I had driven a long way and made it at 9pm. He said we are closed. We put the cones out at 9pm. I explained I had also arrived at 9pm. He said their clock said 9pm, and I am late. I said my phone has the time on it for a good part of the USA, and I arrived at 9pm. So he said he was getting the manager. I said that's fine. The manager came out and apologized and put the cones behind me. Now, if that kid had been decent starting off, I may have simply left. Which I decided to do anyway, after that bad experience. Whenever I am in the area, I will make sure I don't come here again. Graeter's is open, until 9:30pm,so I went there instead.

Disappointed every time I come here. They never have the good flavors advertised - last time I waited in line 10 minutes only to find out they had only vanilla and mint something - there was a huge groan of disappointment from the line. MANAGEMENT listen UP!!!! People want Chocolate and Mud Pie and Peanut butter cup and adult good stuff!! NOT sprinkle pony and cherry bomb. I can get vanilla anywhere.

Great service and great products. We always stop when in the area! Do yourself a favor and stop at a Ritter's.

My peanut butter shake had berry pieces mixed in...apparently from them Not washing the blender before making mine. It was awful.
