Not enough help to order, all ingredients on the side of plate, had to ask for silverware. Plenty of service delivering food.If I wanted to build my own sandwich I would have cooked out. js

We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.

This was my first time at Red Robin and was a great dine-in, gourmet burger experience..! Bottomless strawberry lemonade? Check! Bottomless sweet potatoe or steak fries? Check! The support staff to the waiter was so effortless that when I needed a refill or second order for my bottomless, it was as if they came out of the woodwork. Burger tasted like it came right off an outdoors grill. Get in there now, folks..!

We orders curbside pick up - wait was longer than quoted but it was also st Patrick’s day so understandable. We got our order home and both burgers were meat burgers and one was supposed to be veggie burger and it was labeled veggie on the ticket. We called to resolve the issue and when we said we wanted a replacement we were told to wait for a manager and after waiting a very unreasonable amount of time (10 min) I left to go to store and complain to manager. When I got there the Manager (Julian) greeted me and let me vent about the whole situation and then said he had already taken off the charge for the veggie burger and had it remade and had it in hand with him. I was pleased he listened to me first and then offered his already enacted solution. He dealt appropriately with the situation and we will go there again.

Ive been enjoying red robin on and off for 13 years. Today was the end of that. I got the worst meal ive ever gotten from any restaurant anywhere. I will not be returning to pay 15$ for your unseasoned meat. Instead of giving me season packets i recommend getting a cook that knows how to season a burger while its on the grill like the red robin of old. fries were also greasy undercooked and unenjoyable. its sad because my favorite burger place just skipped down to my least favorite in 1 meal. manager was nice and understanding...but you cant be a burger joint and have burgers that are that bad. would have rather had a double cheeseburger from burger king.

Great food, great environment. Short staffed and still got us our food out quickly and correctly. Much appreciated <3

My advise is to NEVER order food from them online, either from them directly or through a third party. Ordered a burger with no pink, but instead received a burger that was basically raw. I won't be ordering food from there until they figure out how to cook food that won't make someone sick. If you think I'm kidding, here is a photo.

My children took me to Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. I ordered the southern charm burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were great as well. Unfortunately, I ordered a root beer float and only received a glass of root beer. I was told the ice cream would arrive later. It never arrived so we had it removed from our bill. That was disappointing. With that exception, the service fine and the food was tasty.

I had a hard time ordering online because my gift card didn’t have a pin. I called and spoke to someone at this location. He had a strong Texan accent. He helped me with my order and provided me with great customer service. Felt nice to get good customer service. Chicken was great. Salad was good also.

good food and good service
