Service was great, but it was the worst meal I have ever had at Red Lobster. Got the Lobster lovers dream meal and rock lobster tail was undercooked and the pasta had very little sauce, mostly just water with it. Last few times meals have been great, but today was terrible. I received a message back but they want me to contact them on Facebook. I don't have Facebook and will not be getting a facebook account. If they really want to respond they need to offer options that are more universal - e-mail or phone.

So disappointed. My husband and I went on a Saturday evening. Celebrating his birthday together as a date night. They were not packed by any means, no wait time. Yet we received basically no service. Out server was more worried about a group of 8 instead of us two. Our food was awful. We both ordered the Ultimate feast. Both our crab legs were mush. The lobster tails were super tough/chewy. The walts famous shrimp were cold like they had set long before coming to the table. And it took 45 mins just to pay our bill!!! Will not be going back to this location.

Great Service, excellent food ,and all around great atmosphere.

This was the worst that I think I've ever had at Red Lobster the scallops in the admiral's platter was overcooked. The tartar sauce had a hair in it. We did not get the salads until after we had received the meals and started eating we had to ask for them again. Ordered a Bahama Mama never received it had to ask for it after we were halfway through the meal. Don't think that I will be going back anytime soon.

Wait was 30min bout the server we had was great, friendly and attentive. She made sure our babies got their food and eating. And at the end she brought them all water which was great.

I received very unreasonable treatment from a waitress while I ate there with a group of co-workers a few years ago.I asked the waitress to handle my bill earlier than my co-workers who sat on the same table, and intended to leave earlier. Typically this kind of request could be handled since my co-workers did this before in other occasions in this restaurant.I talked multiple times to her, and she appeared to agree.But she actually ignored me, until every body finished, and handled everybody's bills together.In the process I said goodbye to co-workers, sat in another small table to wait hopelessly andwas so much embarrassed, for additional 30-40 minutes.This was a traumatic experience.

Menu is not as extensive probably due to covid shortages. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. Food was served hot and quickly.

Went with friends for my son's birthday. Our server,Ti was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. Told manager he needed more like her

I was just hoping for a more pleasant lunch experience. They were not extremely busy and it was ok for a cheap meal. I just thought for RedLobster things would be better.
