Not only do I always have a yummy meal when I visit, but more recently I have been placing larger(ish) orders for office meetings. Though the website has been a little hard to work with, the GM Jason has been incredible! He has been great to work with in making sure the orders are made on time and correctly. He has a great personality and seems very genuine in making sure the customer is satisfied with the products and the service. Thanks Jason!
I work at the green and go to potbelly frequently, there have been instances where the service would be awful and I would order my food and take my break and it just wasn’t ready, today I ordered my food so I could walk and have it for my break for it to just not be there and they tried to give me someone else’s order, they told me they just couldn’t find my order even though I had the information on my phone for the order I made. I had to pay a second time to order the food I already paid for an never got.
I absolutely love their bread and options for subs. normally I just order chicken and kettle chips with a tea!
Sandwich was fine. Staff just ok. Out of their most popular soup and Mac and cheese not ok.
Really good sandwiches! Do yourself a favor and avoid all the others. This is the only spot to grab a quality sandwich in Dayton.

First time there and loved it. Steakhouse beef is delicious. I will be back to try all of the sandwiches. Sandwich makers are very professional, nice and polite along with the entire crew.
