Well, ordered and they were not delivered. Saw 2 pizza boxes on my neighbors porch. Waited; still nothing. Called the store 20 times with no answer. Tried the option 1 button but was sent overseas. Then called Customer Service where the nice gentleman said they could get the pizzas to me by tomorrow and a refund would take 3 business days. Why have the store extension if no one answers it?

My fiancé and I ordered the big box with pasta this evening for dinner the pizzas in the order were correct and the breadsticks were correct but I ordered the meaty marinara pasta but did not receive that I got the chicken Alfredo I can’t eat that pasta. I have called the store from two different cell phones to try to get them to pick up I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes I then proceeded to try to use the phone in an order the representative is very disrespectful and hangs up on my fiancé I have put in an inquiry on her mobile app but I doubt I’ll hear anything this will be the last time I order from that location. And what is sad is I was actually looking forward to Pizza Hut again. Guess I’ll just stick with one of their better competitors
I haven’t had a pizza from here and had ordered one …service was excellent and pizza was delicious..I will be coming back
I simply asked for well done and cut into squares. The pizza, sadly was the opposite, extremely doughy and standard cut. Also a tremendous amount of sauce and minimal toppings, with the exception of mushrooms. I did however receive the pizza very quickly. I would have much rather waited longer for a fully cooked pizza minus extra sauce and adequate toppings cut simply as I asked.
Pizza was delivered in a timely manner and hot! It was delicious! Cheese breadsticks were amazing also.
Ordered through the app for window pickup. Get there and the order is burnt, so it had to be redone. Get it home and an item was missing and the food was no longer hot (or even warm).
Today I placed my order ahead of time for delivery, by a few hours. The pizza was the best one yet from this location, it was fresh and hot and the driver was friendly and kind. I appreciated the fact that the pizza didn't taste as thought it had been sitting in a car for a long period of time--it makes such a big difference when you order your food and receive it hot!
First time I went to Pizza Hut in a long time. Love the wings, pizza was great and delivery was timely. Keep it up and I might switch for good!
This location is the best location in the area. The food is always made correctly fresh and on time. Even after we made a mistake on ordering our pizza tonight they fixed it free your charge with a smile. Everyone there is professional and great customer service
