Wow, just got my order and there is barely any toppings! Like, I’m trying to search for them. There is also a drip of sauce in my bowl along with my husbands as well. Last time we were here they gave us more toppings and sauce. I’m quite disappointed as I just paid all of this money for basically pasta which is the CHEAPEST ingredient. Thanks for the rip off Piada in Beavercreek.
First of all, the staff was very friendly. Food was good, but man the portions were tiny. Got a chicken wrap that had probably 3 ounces of chicken in it, and the other person in my group got a power bowl that was over 10 dollars, and was ridiculously small. I know about inflation and all that, but this was a really bad portion to price ratio for a fast casual restaurant.
Service is amazing. Yall need raises! District manager better be thanking you with some dollar bills
got a romaine lettuce salad hardly any chicken, got home and alot of the lettuce was ROTTEN! It wasn't cheap and the quality was horrible! plus side the staff was nice
The food here is excellent. I tried chefs choice piada with grilled steak. The sweet peppers and the spicy sauce were great. My wife had the pasta and enjoyed it as well.
Long time Piada fan, but haven't visited for a while. Today's Chef's Favorite wrap, with only chicken added, was on the soggy and bland side. On the plus side, the same fast and friendly service was present and very much appreciated!
The food that my boyfriend and I had was great. He and I don't come here a lot. But he and I come on occasion.

Absolutely rude! I came to store on 3/1/2022 at 9:20 and was told fryers were down , and I could not order. Returned today at 8:24 and was told fryers were down and I had to wait. When I inquired why. Are the fryers always down. The head chef became very nasty and rude and said that fryers close at 9 daily when I asked then why doesn’t store notify customers that the full menu isn’t available after a certain time. Or why were the fryers down at 8 he became very aggressive and said he covered the tab and he took my picture And told me I am no longer welcome at store. When I asked why he accused me of being loud for just asking questions. I was double charged for my order (after he said it was free). I notified him and returned food as I didn’t trust eating it. He just shouted I wasn’t welcome and it’ll be 72 hrs. have never felt so insulted. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
This was my first visit to this location, and the workers were extremely welcoming to us! They seemed very happy to serve us and as if they were having a lot of fun on the job. They were really helpful too, customizing orders and answering questions. The service was so great, I wouldn't have minded if the food wasn't great-- but it was! Literally the best salad I've ever eaten (I got the Farmer's Market salad with extra strawberries instead of cabbage). I can't wait to go again.
