Tried to order deliver from a closer store to me said they could not get it ready for me in 3 hours have you get it tomorrow so I went to the beavercreek Ohio store they were closing at 7 this was 635. The made my order it was 2.0 dollars cheaper than deliver. It was only 5 items ready in 15 minutes and order was perfect I went in pissed off terribly left happy as a pig in poop I’ll not go to the other one and go to beaver creek. Oh and they were short staffed. Well done well done
I wanted to place a catering order for 22 box lunches. I spoke with Taylor at The Greene location. She was VERY rude and kept sighing during our entire conversation, she said she didn't know if she would have enough "product" but would "try" to get them done. She put me on hold, came back and said she thought they could do it, they would try to borrow "product" from other stores, ALL sorts of scenarios that I didn't need to hear. I had an event where people had placed orders for specific food items, "TRYING" to get them done wasn't very reassuring. What if they couldn't? We would just be without lunch?? She hem-hawed around so much that I had NO confidence in her ability, much less that I would actually get my order or if it would even be accurate if I did get it. Needless to say next time we are going to have an event, I will NOT suggest Panera Bread.......EVER!!!! VERY disappointing, terrible service!!
The food at Panera is fabulous, decadent, and so delicious. You get a meal fast, fantastic and fresh.
Panera Bread has DELICIOUS chicken wild rice soup. I love it. It can cheer up any day!
My family and I adore the cinnamon beagle. They may be the most satisfying breakfast item of all time!
I often go to this location on my days off from work to do homework and enjoy a good lunch. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The portions are great, though I wish they were a bit bigger with to go orders.
There is just no quality control or consistency in mobile orders. At least 60% of the time there is something wrong with the order. They forgot the egg in the egg sandwich (really??!!). They made my order but forgot to put it on the shelves outside. They forgot my drink. Every single mistake involves me having to stand in line to speak to someone to fix the mistake. If I wanted to stand in line and wait for someone, I would just order inside the store instead of putting my order in online. What is even more frustrating is that there is a checklist on the receipt stapled to your bag. They often check off each one without even reading it so the mistakes persist. All they would have to do is actually read the checklist on the receipt to circumvent these errors.

Panera is yummy and consistent. I love they can make my salads perfect for me. Ingredients are fresh. Bread is too good! Kind of hate them for it. I could eat the Greek salad every day!
Horrible bread. Very doughy. Also if you have new hires, try not to put them at the front register when it's super busy. They come off like dear on a headlight.
