Willie I particularly noticed he was very friendly when he took my order had a great smile it was very friendly. Another thing I noticed is that people do not throw away their stuff like they should and he is overworked to take care of all that I wish people were more conscious. I made sure I gave him a five dollar tip the whole gang here works hard. The food was delicious too of course thank you

Excellent service! That's what made me write a review. Very well taken care of even though they were short-staffed. Food was enjoyable.
Thought my son and I could start our day off with noodles. Ugh won't be going back. We ordered a salad with chicken and Mac and cheese with chicken. His chicken was burnt it took like 20 minutes. Noodles were cold. Remade it for him still nasty.
I've been to several Noodles and Co. and this one was the worst! So disappointed! They were behind on online orders so our service was slow. My husband and I ordered to dine-in but we got to-go bowls instead. Waste of plastic! My husband got the Mac and cheese and it was not cooked. Cold noodles! We asked for another bowl but it was no better. Sad.
Ordered food for the whole family, noodles weren't cooked all the way for all the dishes, mostly dry lacking sauce, meat and tofu were all tough and dry. Side order of dumplings weren't cooked all the way. I haven't been to Noodles and Co. in years and first time back was extremely disappointing. Don't recommend.
Great service. Courteous staff. Disappointed that the beef stroganoff isn't available anymore as well as no bacon. Had a problem with my order however when I called the gal said it would be taken care of. There was not enough Alfredo sauce and it made the bowl exceptionally dry. I will be back however. Everybody has a bad day.
Great place for pasta bowls! Love the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu! We usually order online and the wait time till pick is always 5 - 10 minutes. Never longer. Sad that they took away their cheesy garlic bread. Still 5 stars anyway - just bring it back and you'll be 6 out of 5!
It used to be pretty good. Last two visits my noodles were undercooked and hard. Service used to be fast but incredibly slow now.
We give it 5 stars although online ordering is a mess. Online said they couldn't fill the order for our two soups, yet they were available as sides! So, I called and placed order with a live person. They have such a terrific selection of soups and noodles and they taste delightful! And the workers all seem to be in good spirits. But, the portions are small for what you pay, in my opinion. Overall, we're glad to have rediscovered this place!
