We had a terrible takeout experience tonight. There were multiple items missing, along with an over-cooked burger, a soggy rueben, and cold, soggy fries. Called the restaurant and she agreed items were missing. We are undergoing a kitchen remodel, so we opted to have them make the items and we would pick them up. So we had to make another trip there to get the missing food. She also said on the phone she would take off the price of the cheese curds for our trouble, because she understood it was an inconvenience. It's not much, but at least it was something, because it certainly was an inconvenience. When my husband got there to pick up the food (and once again had to wait a while before the food was ready), she said she couldn't take anything off the check because we came and got the food. Instead they offered to give him a piece of cheesecake. If we wanted cheesecake we would have ordered it. In the end, we wasted a good part of our evening making multiple trips for their mistake, and ended up with sub-par food and a piece of cheesecake we didn't want or need (it's still in the fridge so who knows, maybe that would've made it worth all the trouble, but I doubt it). I am very disappointed in how this was handled.
Yes. Yes. Yes. I’m kind of picky overall but really will let a lot slide because that’s just what you have to deal with these days. But today I didn’t deal with anything except not being able to eat and drink enough. Perfect dining experience. Food was on point and delicious. Thank you Neesie!
Two of my friends and I decided to try MacKenzie River Pizza for the first time. We got seated right away, and the pizza had a nice, soft, chewy crust with a slight initial crunch... just the way I like it! The seasoning and the toppings were well-distributed and gave a flavorful performance on my tongue! I would definitely go there again! ?
Met some friends here. Located on the outside loop of the mall, there's plenty of parking. I really liked the atmosphere of this place. Although a pizza joint, you'd never suspect it walking in. There's a nice big wrap-around bar, a covered seating area as well as the main dining area. There's lots on the menu to choose from. In fact, one of party members just got a burger. The pepperoni pizza was better than average. So were the appetizers. Now it did take a while for our beers to come initially. There are some TV monitors if you're looking to stay up with you team. No objections to eating here again.
Update.. I received half a flat bread and it looks like it fell and got knocked around. Avacados were all brown. No dipping sauce for the spring rolls. Now a one review. Pick up service is getting worse and worse. The online order told us 520 it would be ready. Food was not ready until 600. Waited 40 minutes and was only told it will be right out they are working on it. If you are short staffed and a rush of ticket come in, tell the customer a realistic expectation. Instead of we are working g on it, say we recieved a rush, it may take 10 or 20 minutes, your order has not been started. Very disappointed with the pick up service.
Food was good. Atmosphere very nice. Server Jake was a nice guy. Like everywhere else, they were short staffed so it was slow. We had kids with us and would have liked quicker service but understand when they are short-staffed.
Kudos to our server "Phillip" who made sure our drinks stay filled and everything was okay with our order, this has some of the best pizza in town in my opinion, if you never tried it you need to go, we will be back! Thanks for great food and great service!

Mom and I stopped in for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a table right away. The decor is really great. It’s Rockies outdoor style. Mom ordered fish and chips. I had street tacos. The pork taco was delicious. The shrimp taco was too spicy. The chicken taco was dry. I tried one of mom’s French fries. It was unbelievably spicy hot. My whole mouth was throbbing. Her fish was too spicy for her to eat it. She threw most of her dinner away. We ended with Texas Toast (deep fried pound cake) and cobbler. Overall the meal was average. The wait staff was average and friendly.
