We stopped in for dinner for dine in and the kid at the register taking orders was eating. That is not only unprofessional but unsanitary. Every time we have been there they also prepare the food on the trays. We will not be going back. We thought we would try it one more time. Our last experience there was not good also. All the trash cans were overflowing. It looks like no one had taken the trash out all day. I called the manager as soon as we left and all he had to say was he is just a kid. No excuse. He did not care. They don’t even deserve one star.
Slow. Waited 20 min for our order. Maybe they were understaffed, though it looked like there were a lot of people behind the counter.
Employees were watching the Bengals win their playoff to the Superbowl. They were screaming like they were in a sports bar when the Bengals won. In the short time it took them to prepare my 2 Fish and More to go order. I heard the F word from the employees 4 times! When I told the cashier that I could hear their profanities he said "That's not profanity it's just workplace fun." ? And to top that off they failed to give me the extra crumbles that I requested for each of the Fish and More's I ordered.
Food was just okay. They did not have a cocktail sauce for the shrimp, and the coating on the fish was cooked on the outside but still doughy on the inside.
Food wasn’t that fresh. Customer service was slow and bad. They have a couple of clowns at front desk on Sunday evening that don’t know what they are doing but trying to make a joke out of everything. Wouldn’t suggest dine in.
We loved being able to dine-in as you still can't at the Dayton Mall location. The service was friendly and we received our order pretty quickly. It tasted great after not having it for almost 2 years since we always had gone to the Dayton Mall restaurant. This will be the one we will visit in the future.
I needed a quick fish fix. I ordered 4 pieces of fish for $6.00. The fish was wicked hot, but not wicked good. I could taste mostly breading and hot oil. The fish flavor was not present. Did it fill me up, yes. I enjoy LJS most of the few times I have gone (not close to my home), however this time I was not overly thrilled. I would enjoy being able to taste fish. If it matters, they were slammed (extremely busy).
Food was good. Still missing the potato wedges.
I ordered a fish and shrimp dinner when I got home I did not have the piece of fish so I called back to tell them that once again because this is the second time this has happened …the first time they gave me chicken instead of fish .. This time they hadn’t put the fish in the box. The manager was extremely rude basically called me a liar and said he knew the fish was in there and he was going to get the girl on the phone who it put it in there. She apologize profusely realizing that the fish was not in the box and she was very kind. But the manager was so rude and offensive and no customer should be treated that way. I hope that somebody in corporate will look at how he handles customers I will not be returning
The food is great, I wish there was one closer.
