Handled an order meant for subway better than subway could’ve
Usually an open sign means you're open... pulled up to get some food and the workers made a 'nah' gesture before making it up there like they just decided they were done serving food for the night... so I left, even when everything online says they were supposed to be open. Update your hours if you aren't going to serve people when you don't feel like it :)
Went here for carry out on a Sunday at 6pm and the place was closed with no sign on the door. Please update your hours on here.
Unfortunately I did not get a photo. But my sandwich was absolutely amazing! I tried the new black and blue sandwich and…..IT IS AMAZING! Good service on delivery and quick.
I am surprised I like this place as I don't typically like cold deli sandwiches. The bread is quite good and the ingredients taste really good together. Deli meats taste like lower quality food (water injected meat) but with the spices and sauce it keeps me coming back. Lower price helps too.
Doing a great job despite being short on employees. Delicious subs, pickles and friendly people! As always, fast!
Store was closed before 8:30, with hours advertised until 9:00 pm. Dark inside and not an employee in sight.
The lady with purple hues hair is BEYOND rude. She’s mean to her coworkers and disrespectful to the customer. The menu doesn’t state which toppings come standard, but she flips out when you ask for tomatoes on your sandwich. What a B!
I placed a pick up order today 9/1 due to the online ordering being down. (I first called to make sure they were open because I know the week or two prior, an order was cancelled due to low staffing/no delivery driver.) The girl who answered was super friendly and kind and let me know she was the only staff member there today! (Not sure if this is due to general under staffing, employee illness or what but I felt so bad she was by herself!) I went to pick up my order and the line was almost out the door as well as several patrons dining in. My order was correctly made, ready and on time. She even took the time to step away from what she was doing to confirm my name for the order. She was pleasant and friendly and seemed VERY calm during what seemed to be a busy and stressful scenario. That being said, I just had to make mention of how composed and polite she was under these circumstances and I hope upper management notices her SOLO job today was done well.
