This place used to be great for deliveries. It took over 45 minutes for a store that’s less than 5 minutes away for one order. Even going inside is getting slower and slower.
Normally Jimmy Johns is really good. Placed an order today. They were fast as usual and the delivery guy was nice, but 2 things were missing from my sub. One was something that normally comes on the sub and the other was an add on. That was very disappointing.

Despite needing more help they are kind, punctual and accurate with fresh food that's very good. My husband loves their pickles!

Don't charge extra if there is a pattern of customers not receiving. So, how about not charge for combos or full pickles, since those items cannot be bothered to be provided to customers. Wait, how about simply make a sandwich with the items that are supposed to be on it. That's a start.Or, how about when a customer asks to speak to a Manager, that manager doesn't respond, "what up"? What makes it worse, is the staff were just standing around and not swamped. Because, that's some what of an excuse for such an epic failure. You have 2 regular employees and a "manager" there doing absolutely nothing and not one of them could ensure accuracy, that's pathetic.
